Janice is the best! She personally helped me with a problem I encountered getting access to my unit and moving some my stuff. Seeing the enormity of the problem I was facing she was then able to put me in touch with someone who could help me immediately. This is the best customer service I have ever encountered. I am very thankful for all the assistance she provided.

Wasn't sure what to expect having learned that the facility kiosk has virtual assistance only but I have to say that I'm impressed. Despite being contactless, this PublicStorage does an amazing job following up via phone and being available to answer questions. Facilities are secure, convenient and clean. Reasonably priced. Quite pleased with the entire experience and would recommend to others.

Do not rent here. I've been here for about a year and a half. In that short time, my rent has doubled, they have changed all locks without warning, the elevator broke down without any other access to 2nd floor units, the hand carts are constantly missing, and they replaced actual employees on the lot for a self service kiosk.
