I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Ms Vita at the Horton location. I was scheduled to vacate my space today and she had was very helpful.
Ms Vita’s professionalism and efficiency were evident throughout the entire process.
Beyond her competence in rental logistics,Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond truly set her apart.
Overall, my experience with Ms Vita was nothing short of outstanding. Her exemplary customer service exceeded my expectations and contributed significantly to a memorable and enjoyable experience renting with public storage. I went there to move into a bigger space within the location, a dilemma occurred and caused the need of management attention as Ms.Vita saw I was in distress. Ms. Vita today was beyond helpful , full of wisdom & understanding, she was very communicative & just a huge relief of help in the time of need . Vita is the staff member I met when I went to my storage space. She was VERY helpful, kind, and prompt to handle any questions and requests I had, and she made me feel like I can really count on Public Storage in Roswell. Also, the prices are great.
