The Deli department is horrible...previously they would give me 3 sandwiches in one minute, now it takes them about half an hour to give me a product. The quality of the employees has deteriorated. It’s no like before 😡

A very nice store with friendly employees and well-stocked shelves but also quite expensive. (Just… please don't abuse the employees or you'll ruin it for everyone.) The products are of good quality though, and are even stocked in straight lines with even distribution such that it pleases the eye. The cheerful, well-decorated atmosphere makes me come back over and over despite their ever-growing prices. I hope I can still afford to shop here next year!

I placed an online order for a MEATLESS turkey club sub. I left school on my lunch break to pick it up and returned to enjoy my food, I was famished. I took 3 big bites before I opened up the sub to take a closer look at the contents. To my absolute disgust and dismay there was REAL MEAT inside my sub 😭💔 I have not consumed meat in 10 years! I felt completely disrespected and violated. They had ONE job and failed miserably. I RAN back to the store and stood at the customer service desk in tears while people stared. They offered me a $20 gift card. What if I was allergic?! They would’ve killed me. TMI but I’m writing this review from the bathroom where I have lived all morning. Not to mention the emotional distress of the incident. I’m so disappointed Publix. You need to do better!

It really shouldn’t take 45 min to make 3 Pub Subs at the deli. These employees show no urgency and when there’s a line of 13 people standing around and they are moving at snails pace, there’s no other option but to just leave
