Great place great people, the store has a lot of space inside, and the shelves are always full, I recommend that people who love Publix to shop there. The entrance to parking lot from the outside may be a bit difficult but it s worth when you get inside.

This location is the black sheep of other nearby Publixes. Its biggest negative is frequently having items that are past expiration date still out on shelves- whether dairy, produce, condiments, or even longer shelf life items like canned tomatoes. Their selection is also limited by the store’s smaller size. While they can’t help the store size, they certainly could do better about keeping outdated items off the shelves.

Typical Publix grocery, average size location. Had made online order for pickup from the deli section. Arrived to grocery at estimated pickup time, but nothing from my order was completed; they'd just began preparing order at pickup time instead. Deli did not appear busy either and no customers were there. Shopped for other items while waiting for order to be prepared. Check-out was ok, had issue with payment for an item. Cashier at self-checkout initially tried to help but seemed hesitant to resolve the issue. After a while, the supervisor on duty was able to come to a resolution that rectified the issue. Store was very clean and organized.

For over 20 years, I have used this Publix location over other grocers, drawn by the superior quality. Now, over the past 4 years, that quality has vanished. The produce is consistently poor, the meat is brown on the inside, and the deli is a chaotic disaster. To add insult to injury, I've witnessed the store manager (the dark-haired woman who is responsible for this location) reprimanding staff in front of customers, when these types of conversations should be held behind closed doors. When I raised concerns about the quality of the food with her (same lady) her response was a dismissive, 'Just return it for a full refund.' That's not only fiscally irresponsible, it's negligence. And it's certainly not addressing the root cause, creating a perpetual cycle of quality control concerns. I'm paying premium prices for subpar food, a stark contrast to the excellent experience I find at the Trickum Road Publix, but further than I want to drive to on a regular basis. Frankly, it's shocking that neither regional nor general management has intervened. Someone at corporate needs to address this. I refuse to pay twice the price for food where I now have to make another trip to return bad food. Truth be known, I don't return it. I throw it away b/c I don't have time to do that. I'm forced to seek a new, reliable grocery store. Tell them to do physical audits of the hamburger meat---break it in half and see what you get. Most of the produce is frequently soft. I've also noticed some stale bakery items (apple turnovers and bread). It's very disappointing. I used to consider Publix top notch. Not this location. Not anymore.

This Publix is right around the corner from my house and down the street from another one on King road. I've been shopping at both of them for the last 20 years or so. The store is always clean. The service always stellar, and the employees go out of their way to help. The BOGOs are incredible and have kept me a loyal customer for years.
