The representative in the seafood department on 12/11 sold me rotten cod. He asked me if I cooked with cod before which I don’t very often and proceeds to tell me that it smells very strong, so strong to the point where other people tried to return it because of the smell. He told me that the smell is normal and that’s how they come. Well all of this is a lie. The fish smelled of ammonia and stunk up my house for hours. Everywhere I read about cod is that it should smell oceanic and if it smells very strong like ammonia it is spoiled. So if that is how this Publix gets their fish, then you’re receiving rotten fish.

I do instacart for a living so needless to say I am in and out of Publix constantly. The store was completely dead and when I got to checkout there was nobody in line.
I had over 80 items in my cart and I went to load the groceries the cashier Donna, decided to tell me that I need to load the items at the end of the conveyor belt. I don’t do this because I care about how the items are bagged and I can’t keep up with the belt, so I start at the front and work my way down. Your cashier Donna, felt it was better to wipe down her hands and stand there while I loaded all 82 items on the belt. After every single item was on the belt, she then decided to start scanning at the pace of a sloth. Donna obviously thought it was funny because facial expressions don’t lie. After Donna took her sweet time scanning everything, apparently I needed a price check on an item which then took me another 5 minutes at checkout, waiting. Never have I ever dealt with such disfunction and attitude at a Publix before. If you don’t care about your job that’s fine. But I do care about mine and my time is valuable. I’ll think twice before I come here again thanks to your employee today.

Do not use this store for catering! I ordered online an order for $300+ of platters for a party online. Went to the store the day prior to pick up, was called the day of the pickup to verify the order and they only had 3 of the 5 platters having cancelled 2 of the platters for no reason. When my husband went to pick up the order they acted like there was nothing they could do about it and not accommodating at all. Considering I’ve gone to this store 10+ yrs you would think they would have discounted the order for their mistake. To add insult to injury the day after the event(9/29) I received an email reminding me to pick up my order for 9/28! WTH? I shop at Publix knowing full well I’m paying higher prices but I go for the customer service. Needless to say I’m shopping at Kroger now.

I live a block away and the noise is quite annoying. The refrigerator truck is parked with a motor running and a vibrates my entire house. Who do I need to talk to the remedy the situation?

Usually out of stock of common household items. Customer service lacks compared to other Publix location’s. In addition the deli manager doesn’t serve hot subs past 7:00pm, with a closing time of 9:00pm this is disappointing.
Will support the other Publix a couple of miles down the road going forward.

Poor customer service in the deli department, which used to be unheard of at Publix but seems to be the common theme these days, no matter which location I go to. Honestly, hardly any smiles. It's sad really.

LOVE this Publix, especially the nice staff!?
Unfortunately, I’ve been in bed for 15 days with vertigo. ??? I was so happy to finally be feeling better and be out of my house and anywhere doing anything! ??♀️? I was in a great mood and it also helped that these nice gentlemen workers were able to assist me.
Chazz was so kind to find me the LAST rotisserie chicken for my husband! ?????
And Mark found me a dressing I needed and it was BOGO!!! ✨?✨
Also love the pre-made Boars Head ? Italian Subs!!!! ?? So easy to grab & eat. ?? Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️
