Best gym I have ever been a part of! I joined a year ago and have lost over 40 pounds! The work outs are fantastic and I can fit it in almost every day since it is only 30 minutes! I am a working Mom and time is something I never have enough of. The trainers are outstanding and the community of members are encouraging and supportive! Try it out, you have nothing to lose but the extra weight!!!

I love Fit Body Boot Camp! They have truly changed my life over the past year. I am stronger than I’ve been in years and made it back to pre baby sizes! The coaches are encouraging and the daily work outs always keep it interesting. Please check out a class today! You won’t regret it!

I was keeping my eye out for the grand opening of this gym because it's so close to my house and I love the idea of the 30 minute workout. Classes started this week and I've been really impressed so far. The facility is brand new and really nice. The workout is different every time, goes by really fast, and can be modified however you need. What I like the best is the energy here. Matt, the owner, really seems to care about creating a gym where member feedback is encouraged and everyone feels welcome. The instructors are very encouraging and make sure everyone is getting the most out of the workout in a way that works for that individual person. I'm looking forward to being a part of this gym community and would definitely encourage you to give it a try!
