Deshawn was amazing. We called every SW store in North Ga. We finally connected with DeShawn and were able to confirm the product we needed was in stock as we were driving 2 hrs. one way in search of said product. Deshawn’s knowledge and requesting additional assistance for our specific need was greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your time and patience DeShawn with our rather large diy project!!

WARNING!!!This store is actively promoting a contractor/renovator named Javier Velasquez or JV Painting and Contracting/Construction.It’s been about two months since we’ve seen him or his team and my poor wife is finally getting over the destruction he and his team left behind. That means her current joy has been replaced by the daily suffering and anxiety-filled tears since we fired Javier. We actually found someone we can trust to fix his issues and the things he promised us but failed to deliver.We hired him and his two man team because his daughter (who works at this store) recommended his services.Throughout the two months we used him, he lied to us probably more than anyone we have ever worked with in the past…to our face, on the phone and in text messages. Some of the photos you see are things we asked him to fix or complete for weeks and weeks and each time we brought it up he would say "I'll do it tomorrow." He had been paid and spent all of the money to make the repairs so kept stalling with "I'll get to it tomorrow" and never did. Want to talk about emotional and physical drama and stress? He verbally tortured my wife with broken promises and empty words.The photos are just a small part of his daily ineptitude. He used a worker named Peanut. Peanut would constantly apologize for Javier’s behavior. Peanut wasn’t in charge, but we saw more of Peanut than Javier. Every single day we would ask Peanut, “Is Javier coming to fix (fill in the blank with multiple issues) like he said he would?” And then nothing. Peanut and a younger worker would just be sitting there. If Javier showed up he would stay a little while and then leave again never to be heard from for days.The only people that actually did good to decent work were the people Javier would sub-contract. I wish he had hired those people.-He took payment to buy materials and fix his mistakes, but went on a second vacation without fixing his mistakes.-When he went on vacation he didn’t leave anyone in charge so no to little work was done or even attempted.-Put flooring down in kitchen but used wrong glue so the kitchen floor was thrashed for another month while we suffered.-Left things beaten and torn up (pics attached).-Wouldn’t show up for days without any communication.-Left flooring and trim unfinished (pics attached)-Said he would put the pantry door on. He didn't (pics attached).-Trashed the garage and never cleaned up his messes (pics attached).-Was supposed to install oven, but didn’t (pics attached)-Never replaced trim he broke or torn up (pics attached)-Installed kitchen drawers but didn’t measure correctly by the dishwasher so we’re left with having to hire someone to fix (pics attached)-Left a mess with wallpaper bubbling up and streaks in first floor bathroom (pics attached).I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point.If you look up the Code of Conduct with Sherwin-Williams, in the PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY part it says “We need to be sensitive to situations that can adversely impact our reputation.”This is one of those situations. This impacts your store 100%!!! Not only will we no longer buy paint and products from your store, but until you stop doing business with people like JV Painting and Constructing/Construction, we will inform everyone we know the type of service we received from one of your “relationships” from your “business practices” according to the GUIDING VALUES section below.“Today, integrity is reflected in our people, our products, and our business practices and relationships. We keep our promises to one another, to our customers, and to our shareholders.”We love your paint and prices. What we don’t love is getting ripped off by a contractor you keep recommending to people. I know this because I called today and spoke to Isabel/Isabella and she gave me his information. It's twice in the last two months from different people.Please take a look at your Code of Conduct again. The words aren't matching the values of your store.

Sherwin Williams store is my go to place for quality paint. Always helpful and great product. Have used SW paint for over 35 years.

I just want to be fair as a left a poor review on another location. I had the exact opposite experience at this store. This was my third SW store I visited yesterday due to the supply chain shortage. I was immediately greeted when I walked and was informed of all my paint options available to me due to the current shortages. The gentleman answered all my questions and helped me find all the supplies I needed to repaint my deck. Great customer service and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be going to this location in the future even though it is a little bit longer of a drive.

Was told online orders placed for store pickup are not visible to store employees on main computers they use. They have to check for email on a separate computer to know if a customer placed an online order. So they’re mixing my order now. Also associate said he had never heard of the air purifying super paint I ordered and paid for before coming. So i showed him where it was located on the first end cap as you enter the store. He was friendly enough but to be greeted with this information when I walked in the store instead of a happy ‘how can I help you’ was not the best experience.

I have never shopped at a Sherwin-Williams Paint Store before, but I had a pretty good experience. The thing that made me stop here was that I saw the sign when driving that they had 40% off all paint. There were two workers working, a male worker and a female worker. The female worker had a bit of an attitude when I tried to apply the discount from the company I work at, and wouldn't accept it. The male worker was very kind and knowledgeable about what type and size of paint would be best. Overall, this is a pretty good paint store, and I was able to get a quart of paint for about $17.
