2 salesmen in the store. Salesman A rang up the lady in front of me and then immediately went to mix some paint sales. He didn't acknowledge my presence. Salesman B was already at the mixers. He asked A if I had been waited on, and A replied, No. Neither came out to wait on me or tell me they'd be there soon. We could see each other. A brought paint to the only other customer in the store, and returned to mixers. Still no greeting. They both remained there until B came to resolve a problem with the paint with the other customer. I waited for about 10 minutes, the salesmen never spoke to me or made any move towards the register. I have never seen such rude behavior in salesmen before. I will stick with Home Depot or tge Sherwin Williams in Woodstock!

Went in to this store as it was on my way home but not my regular store - employee wouldn’t even acknowledge the sale currently going on - that the other store gave me - and is plastered all over the website. Terrible customer service exercice wouldn’t even try to help me. Went in store on Sunday March 17th at 10:58 am

I called in advance to see if they had the paint I needed in stock as supplies are low right now. They said they had plenty. I was the only person in the store when I arrived and the associate didn't acknowledge me or come out from behind the counter to help. Oh, and they didn't have the paint.
