“I love Atlanta Cycling for its customer service. We’ve bought from there twice and have had great experiences at both Roswell and Midtown locations. We have bought both kid and adult bikes. I love the service we get and how patient they are when helping us choose the right bike. Also can’t beat free tune ups for life! They also do buy used bikes and we were able to sell one of children’s old bikes. Todd and Elizabeth helped us a lot at this location. Will definitely be back for all my bike needs and have recommended it to others.”

“We are delighted that we happened to stop in and that Dale Sapecky happened to be working the day we did. Dale helped us determine what we needed to meet our goals. I love a good leg press and he helped steer us to one that has super solid construction and works just like the leg press specific ones in the gym. We also purchased a treadmill and an Inspire FT2. The equipment is superb but and the sales and servicing by Mr. Sapecky has been what we have really appreciated. He has gone above and beyond what I would expect. He worked with us to keep it in their warehouse while our workout room was built and then got it delivered when we needed it. I just can't say enough good things about Mr. Sapecky and Premier Fitness Source (Roswell location).”

“This is a family owned business that focuses on customer service. They have a wide variety of tennis racquets, shoes, clothing and accessories. They also have pickleball too! Prices are very competitive. They feature one hour stringing, which I have taken advantage of on numerous occasions! They also have a very good demo racquet, selection which allows one to try before you buy! I recently purchased a racquet after trying out several different ones. I received very helpful advice/guidance on racquet selection and strings based on my type of tennis game. I am very satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend Your Serve Tennis to take care of all of your tennis, and Pickleball needs!”

“Where have they been all my life is the best way to describe my sentiments. Like literally they have everything second hand you can think of. I did not however appreciate the value they were going to pay me for my marrucci bat that was only a year old. My son only used it for one season and we paid almost $180 bucks for that bat. Play It Again wanted to only pay me $16-23 only to resell it for close to what I paid for it. Nonetheless outside of what they will pay you for your items the place is pretty convenient and can keep you from paying hundreds of dollars on equipment each year.”

“On Wednesday, June 14, 2023 I went into this Famous Footwear store to return a pair of Converse that I had bought for my daughter for her birthday on June 7th. I bought them online and had them shipped to me which I paid extra ($14) to make sure that I had them in time for my daughter's birthday. I actually made the mistake of buying the wrong size, so I wanted to return them to the store and I was thinking that I would just have to get a refund for the pair I had and then reorder them online and pay again to have them shipped to me...this time in the right size. Well, I was greeted by a young lady named Alexia, who asked me if I wanted to return something and I said yes. She was SO professional and actually went in and saw where the same shoe was now $5 cheaper than when I bought them, so she refunded me the $5 difference, ordered me the right size and said they would be shipped to my house free of charge!!! Wow, what a great way for this to all turn out...basically, totally stress free with great results! And to make things even better, the shoes were delivered to me on yesterday, June 16th only 2 days after I went into the store, which was DAYS faster than when I had originally ordered the first pair in the wrong size and paid $14 to have them shipped to me. I don't live very close to Roswell, but in the future I'm willing to drive to this store for any of my future shoe purchases with them because I know if that OUTSTANDING employee Alexia (if she's still there) will make it an enjoyable experience! Thanks to Alexia for outstanding customer service and even in a very timely way!!! ??”
