They fitted me in a pair of 9060s, and I am absolutely blown away. This is my first pair of New Balances, and they are hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can already tell I am going to be completely obsessed! What stood out most was how genuinely kind, patient, and attentive everyone was. I never felt rushed or pressured. “I had a friend buy me a select brilliant super ball for my Birthday in July of 2019. The ball started not holding air properly anymore, going flat within 30- 1 hr of pumping it up. I emailed select support and their Support Person Elizabeth Bell was very quick and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They ended up sending me a new ball free of charge. On top of great support, their balls are of top quality and I cant wait to go kick the new one around.”

Then I walk around in them at home and found they were not going to work. I returned to the showroom, Tracy acknowledged me but was busy with an other customer. So, Katie stepped in to help me with several other brands. Easy exchange and I found my superhero shoes with K-Swiss. Awesome experience!”
