The first time, I was in a hurry and they were extremely accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable which made my trip quick and easy. The second, I had to make a return and again it was professional and quick. They have a machine that reads your foot size/shape/etc. etc. to make finding the perfect fit hassle free and easy. “Drew, an REI worker in the shoe department, was very professional helping me get fitted and knows the shoe brand lines well and even the size variations between brands. I tried on 5 pairs of shoes and bought the one Drew suggested, a shoe that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. This is why I shop at REI, for personal service and the ability to try things on. “I had a friend buy me a select brilliant super ball for my Birthday in July of 2019. The ball started not holding air properly anymore, going flat within 30- 1 hr of pumping it up. I emailed select support and their Support Person Elizabeth Bell was very quick and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They ended up sending me a new ball free of charge. On top of great support, their balls are of top quality and I cant wait to go kick the new one around.”

Walking into lululemon, I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, but she made the whole process easy and comfortable without hovering or trying to oversell anything. She knew the products really well, gave solid recommendations, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just pushing random items. Definitely ask for nai the next time you walk in.”
