I had a great experience with Carlin at Tmobile. Super friendly person and great at multi tasking. Even though she was helping other people I felt special. Excellent communicator. I will be recommending more friends to Tmobile.

Every time I come to T-Mobile I have the best experience ever. I don’t go to any other store because I’m afraid there’s not a location that can achieve their standards. Carlin, Aaron, Darrell are the best I have ever encountered. Every situation they had a solution, every question had an answer, and every upset ended with a smile. Thanks to them I’ll forever be an T-Mobile Customer.

Carlin and Darrell were fabulous at the Alpharetta Hwy location. They were kind and patient with my elderly father as they helped him set-up his new phone. We appreciate them so much!!

This particular store was a breath of fresh air for me after getting the worst customer service at my last cell phone carriers’ store.(I won’t reveal the name)Everyone at this location was very authentic and attentive. The last person that helped me get what I needed there was an employee named Carlin. She was so kind, and also funny. Actually, her humor went a long way, because buying new tech can be daunting. Her kindness and patience was welcomed when I was trying to make up my mind. Thanks Carlin!

Worst service ever. Very disappointed with T-Mobile right now. I walked in knowing I wanted an IPad added to my line. The rep who helped seemed new and had to keep asking other reps for help. The manager, Carlin?, instead of helping when she finished with her customer, she went to help other people that got there way after me. I ended up with 2 extra lines that I did not ask for, a protection I didn’t agree to, and my iPad was never activated when I got home. It’s ridiculous that they can’t take ownership to help their customers. Last year I had a similar issue with another store where we were supposed to get free AirPods with our purchase of iPhone 14. We ended up paying it off full price. We submitted multiple complaints, nothing was resolved. Do better please.

Spoke with T- Mobile corporate Manager and she checked the stores inventory and was told there was one pixel 7 Pro phone in stock. I went to the store and I was not sold the phone because I did not need to open a new line. Store manager was rude and stated to me " I don't know what to tell you"DO NOT GO TO THIS THIRD PARTY STORE, GO TO A CORPORATE STORE, THEY DONT PULL THESES STUNTS!

Hours online say open until 8. Hours on door say open to 8. Closes at before 6... Good luck finding them open, they close whenever they feel like it.

Be aware of this location. I got charged for internet service I did not activated, there was not signal to activate the service to begin with, It took several emails, phone calls and 2 hours visit to remove the charges. To my suprise few months later I got a collection letter for a pending balance! waist of my time! I will never engage with T-Mobile awful customer service!
