For the most part Starbucks has been ok. However, as of late, I have an issue. Did you know, Starbucks now charges extra to double dilute a product? Yes, that would be the Strawberry Acai Refresher.Now I have been drinking this drink for years, never had a problem. Until now. Starbucks is double diluting the Strawberry Acai Refresher and charging the customer for it. In a heated conversation with the rude new GM Danny Wanna he stated clearly that "Starbucks is double dilutes the product and charges the customer". A customer should not be charged extra because they don't want to add addition water to a drink that has already been dituted with water. Unbelievable. Starbucks aren't you already making enough money off customers? Please remove the extra charge!!

Delicious drinks! I’ve been coming here for decades. Great place to get coffee and something to eat with a coffee. Lots of seating too. There is usually a line to buy drinks so allow some extra time for a great experience.

This is such a convenient location, and the baristas are always so kind, but the mobile ordering is always SO SLOW. The point of mobile ordering is to be able to run in and grab your drink without having to wait. That never happens at this location, whether they are slammed or if all the tables or empty. For some reason I keep giving them another chance, but never again. They always overpromise and underdeliver. Today I ordered before I even left my house. I ended up waiting in store ~10 minutes past the estimated pickup time. The barista was confused when I asked her to cancel my mobile order because I couldn’t wait any longer. Management needs to hire more staff or to improve their systems.

I don't mind paying for good coffee, but the drinks here have been subpar. Starbucks prices are too high to have people that aren't fully trained making them. it's a premium price that should come with a premium product.

The mostly poorly run location. Very busy yet always under staffed. Getting your order always takes 1o mins plus even when your order ahead on the app.
