This has been the most difficult bank to work with on a small business account. Their customer service people provide different answers and requirement instructions, then ask you to go into a branch, and the branch then contradicts them. This is twice now after spending a total of 3 hours on the phone at various times in two phone calls. They also tell you that a law requires people to do certain things like be added to an account only in a branch. This isn't a law if people can be validated. They are not friendly either in any interaction I've had.I will be moving our small business account as soon as prudent.

Customer service sucks. Never get my calls returned. Bankers continue to sit at their desks and look busy even though they know you are sitting in the lobby waiting to be served

I had the occasion to work with Christopher Vadnais in setting up a new account and handling some related details including a safety deposit box . This man was outstanding in his handling of a rather complicated account and was very pleasant and knowledgeable in how things were handled. Being a retired president and/or vice president of several major corporations in the US I would say that Vadnais is a rare employee. You are lucky to have him. Gary A, Baum.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Rude and lazy employees who refused to take 10 EE Savings Bonds for Deposit because "it takes too long." I even had made an appointment a week early so they knew I was coming. Wendy was extremely unfriendly and impolite. I worked in a bank for 15 years and it doesn't take that long to redeem bonds. She just didn't want to do and has a poor work ethic. Seriously, it could've been done in 20 minutes tops! Wells Fargo did it in 15 min!

The worse customer service ever experienced. After making an appointment a week ago, and waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes (with no eye contact or nod of recognition) I was told that they had 2 people out sick so they couldn't help me with my 10 EE savings bond because it "takes too long." I will also say by this time NO customers were waiting for help so she (Wendy) had nothing to do! Wendy was unapologetic, unfriendly and rude! Sad that this lady has no idea what a good work ethic is. Comes down to she was lazy and unwilling to help a customer

Rude rude rude!! Waited an hour only for the banker to say she can't help with setting up my teenager with an account. Been a member for over 50 years. DONE!! Bank of America here I come!!

While attempting to make a deposit at your ATM, it decided to reboot. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve my debit card but now instead of having my funds today (as usual), I've just been informed that it may take up to 10 business days (for a total of 17 days since I made the deposit). Upgrade your equipment and stop inconveniencing your customers.

What's the point in this bank? Quarter mile up the road is another Suntrust that actually has open hours that work. There are other reasons I give 1 star, the fact they have the most horrible hours is just the start
