  At the slightest reason they block your credit card. You have to travel for half an hour or more to find out the reason for the blocking. I'm considering another bank, but I want to say goodbye to this one.

  I understand having to verify information for security reasons but the guy that I dealt with needs to find a respectful manner to do it in. Making a customer who has been banking there for many years feel offended or like I’m up to something when I’m trying to do a simply transaction is not good customer service. Also mumbling a hey…is not a greeting…have respect for people. I worked as a bank teller years ago and even when I had to verify information just to be sure I was dealing with a legit customer I did it in a pleasant and respectful way. After all that he misspelled my address so I had to call customer service to get it corrected. He needs to listen to that call because the way she verified my information is the way it’s suppose to be done.

  Doesn't it make sense for you to have a flag in front of the bank and not lower it at this delicate moment in the United States.

  If there was less than one star I would give it to them. I am new to Atlanta and stopped in to track my daughters debit card, who is 17 and I am the account holder. Two Caucasian men were at the counter. did not greet me, made me feel very unwelcome almost accused me of not being on the account until I had to explain my daughter was a minor. When I asked for another service they abruptly interrupted me. Mike, one of the gentleman did not have on a mask, started to sneeze all over my card and money, did not put the money in an envelope, handed it back to me with his dirty hands, snot and didn't apologize. Told me it's seasonal. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unbelievable. I have multiple accounts with Truist and will be moving all of them. I have been in Georgia for three weeks and never felt so unwelcome. I may add that a white gentleman walked in after me and was greeted with first class service.

  Carlos is outstanding addition to this branch. He truly went above and beyond for me. I know this transition from Suntrust to Truist has been very difficult on everyone including their employees. He helped the process of this transition go much smoother. He was attentive with all of my needs and made sure to accommodate all of my requests, as best as possible! Highly recommend seeing Carlos for any of your bank needs when visiting this new Truist location. Thank you Carlos! Your efforts do not go unnoticed!

  Branch of SunTrust (Truist) Bank. New location close to Avalon in Alpharetta GA. Great team with excellent Manager who is extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and quick with service to customers. Has a drive through and plenty of customer parking available

  They had their doors locked ten minutes before they closed and just shook their head when they saw me at the door. Pretty disappointing when I just wanted to make a quick deposit.

  There was old lady banker. She was very rude to treat customer. Her office is first one next to gate.
