This is the only place I'll bring my cars from now on. I've had to have two vehicles fixed the past few years, and both were handled with care and excellence. When an adjuster saw my F150 repair (extensive damage from a tree falling on it) he said he couldn't even tell it was repaired, and it was the best he'd seen in his 20+ year career. More recently I needed a bumper fix on my LandCruiser. The paint work is a perfect match, and the process was incredibly smooth - even in dealing with the insurance company on supplementals. This is THE place if you care about your ride!!!

After our neighbor had his Porsche repaired here, we thought the work was so high quality we knew exactly where to go when we got sideswiped in our new Cayenne. The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and took care of everything on my claim as they promised. All I could say is “Wow” when we picked her up. No matter how much I try to find evidence of the repair, I can’t… and I’m a car guy with an eagle eye! Thanks guys for a job well done!

Everyone at The Collision Company is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and reliable. The shop is locally owned and the owner is absolutely fantastic. She is very hands on with running her business and she takes customer service very seriously and personally. The whole staff is also incredibly helpful and kind. I knew I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Needing work done on your car is one of the most stressful things, but The Collision Company made me feel at ease the whole time. And not to mention, the finished product was flawless.

Highly professional and very knowledgeable. It took 6 months to get in parts (no fault of Collision Co) and they were very communicative during the entire process to keep me informed. Bryan even took it upon himself to personally source hard to find parts for my car. I will be sending everyone I know to this location for collision repair.!!

The rave reviews of this place are well earned - and not hyperbolic. Following our fender-bender, Stephanie and Bryan were both reassuring and supportive. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They were helpful with our insurance. They completed the work within the promised timeframe. They were delightful to work with. And above all, the work was excellent - there is no way to see where there was ever an issue. I hope we never need them again. But if we do, we will not hesitate to call them. We recommend them most highly.

To say that I’m a little picky about the condition of my car might be the biggest understatement. I chose this shop from all the positive reviews and I was thrilled from start to finish. I was provided a reasonable estimate for the required work and an accurate time frame for completion. The work was done and exceeded my expectations in the time quoted. Working with Bryan and Stephanie is like working with your friend who owns a body shop. Like most people I hope I don’t have to get any body work done in the near future but if I do I will certainly be back. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. Honest , straightforward, and fair pricing. Car was ready when they committed and follow up was great throughout process. Had some rear damage on new BMW x5. They did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend using them over high production repair center.

Just had The Collision Company repair an incident I had with a garage door on my Mercedes AMG e53. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used TCC, and as usual, they did spectacular work. In addition to doing quality work, they are professional, competitively priced, and very accommodating in every way.

If you're reading this review trying to figure out where to take your vehicle for bodywork -- look no further. The crew at The Collision Company provide top notch work and best-in-industry customer service. I brought my car here after it was hit in a parking lot. Bryan took care of all the back and forth with her insurance, and advocated for me when the adjuster attempted to nickel and dime the repair. On top of that, my vehicle had been resprayed a custom color under the previous owner, the crew was able to blend and match the paint on the new bumper to the existing fenders with no paint code to reference, which is almost unheard of when you're talking about matching a plastic panel to a metal panel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't take the car home with me right after it was completed. Bryan was completely understanding and allowed the car to stay parked there for a number of weeks.
All in all, if you need body work GO HERE! You won't regret it.
