I had Honest Guys come out to clean my parent's dryer vents. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism. The vents were clean and parts added and fixed. Thank goodness they came. There might have been a fire. I highly recommend this company. I was very satisfied.

I hate to leave a bad review but I would not recommend these cleaners. We hired these guys to do our laundry vent and our HVAC ducts -- in both cases, we had to hire separate companies to come in afterwards and redo the cleaning.
For the dryer vent, we noticed that our dryer stopped drying after the cleaning was done -- condensation would collect in the dryer and our clothes were totally wet. These guys sent a second technician out to reclean the vent and pulled out a ton more lint that the first cleaner missed. But even after the second technician left the dryer still wasnt drying and the vent flap on our house wasn't opening. We hired a second company to clean our vent and they inserted a camera and spotted a massive blockage in the vent that these guys missed, even after coming twice.
We also got our HVAC serviced immediately after these guys did our cleaning, and the HVAC technician immediately told us how dirty our vents were and that they needed to be cleaned. Once again we had to hire a separate company to reclean our vents, and they showed us a bunch of pictures of vents that were completely dirty and covered in dust.
I'm not sure what these guys did when they cleaned, because they missed a ton of stuff. I should've just hired a different company to do the job right the first time.

The Honest Guys did a phenomenal job cleaning our Dog Wash in Woodstock. The deep cleaning they provided left our shop feeling and smelling brand new. Not only did they clean the shop, they cleaned our air ducts as well. The stainless steel tubs were reflective and the floor shined like never before. Roy, who we spoke with and scheduled our appointment was professional, knowledgeable and personable. His staff modeled his behavior in communicating with us when needed and by being extremely responsive to any and all inquiries. We definitely plan to use their services in a monthly basis.
Highly recommended!

These people will SCAM YOU.
I requested a dryer duct cleaning for a bottom floor condo unit(3F). Upon arrival they said I had a water leak because there was water in the vent and refused to service. They also stated they don’t do jobs that may require going to the roof, yet they knew the basic layout of my home ahead of time. They stuck an iphone into the vent and took a photo to prove the vent was “clean”. They also said it was a ‘building code violation’ for vents to go to the roof…I was charged a $75 “dispatch fee” and they left.
The business owner called after I left a 1-star review and offered to correct the mistake. However he failed to take any further action or schedule a follow-up, and he made no attempt to refund my money.
There was no leak. The water was due to the vent being clogged causing a buildup of condensation. I bought a vent cleaning kit from Home Depot and cleared the blockage myself.
“We believe strongly in customer service, transparency, and never doing less than expected” Amazing how you managed to fail on all 3 of your own core values…Stop responding to google comments. Don’t patronize your customers. And never call me again. The 1-star stays.

Could not be more pleased with Martin and Nick, the technicians sent out by Honest Guys to clean our HVAC ducts. Professional, courtesy and thorough. Have already recommended Honest Guys to our neighbors.
