Great trainers.. awesome place with brand new equipment.NEEDED TO SAY IT - Sep/2023I have been attending this gym for 7 years, and today they exceed my expectations. I brought my mom, who is 70 years old,From the very first moment she came in, the coach welcomed her that made her feel good and respected. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Right before the workout the coach took time to explain every single modification and reps she will be doing, based on her capacity and during the workout, he was next to her, assisting and making sure she was physically ok, making sure her transition from step ups, squat Trust, bike, KB carry were done in a safety way.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐So, if you are looking for a place where they will be patient with your fitness journey, where you are welcome, everyone is friendly, and you get some laughs, support and good vibe. This is the place ??

Hi folks….TTB is tucked away in Roswell; however, once you find it you will be glad you did. I’ve been working with Collin and he has helped me in a few weeks get smarter and stronger about my own fitness. He listened to my goals and has provided excellent professional advice about getting stronger for running, better with endurance and wiser about fitness in general. Come and give it a try. I’m glad I did. Your body and your health are worth the investment!

Not gonna lie. There was a creepy old guy with a marines hat on wierdly asking what some of us buff young guys did for fun but besides that.. gym is awesome especially for calisthenics!

If you’re looking for a crossfit gym this is it ! don’t look any father , i honestly was scare to start crossfit because i’ve heard so many bad things about it but , wow this gym change my mind ! i’ve learned so much in 6months i’ve seen so much change in my strength and performance , the coaches are incredible also the people that come here everyone is so friendly ! i’m really happy to be part of this TTB fit fam!

I love the programming. You workout the whole body at the end of the week, not over training any muscle group. Always fun activities and challenges through the year.. Friendly and supportive community. Best place to start your fitness journey!

Go to TTB….seriously, I drive an hour each weekday to train there, and it’s worth every minute.After going to all sorts of gyms, I found what I was looking for….a culture that provides support, fun, encouragement, education and positive vibes!!! No need to feel intimidated when I walk into the box each day! I have made amazing progress and learned so much!I strongly recommend The Training Box-Crossfit! And I ❤️my fit family there! Go!

Are you looking for CrossFit without the injuries? This is the place for you!The programming is strategic and thoughtful. You can rest assured knowing your body will never get overworked. The classes are small group focused, allowing the coaches to watch and monitor you for form. You’ll never get lost in the shuffle here.There is an attention to detail I have not seen at other gyms. The owner (Cooper) knows each persons ability. He knows what each and every member can lift. Your progress will be focused and rapid.There is an amazing nutritional coaching program. Healthy eating is the focus (not fad diets)! I have learned so much about how to eat more nutritionally complete meals (hello protein!).Finally, the community. When I left college, I was searching for a community. This is the kindest and most diverse gym I have ever been too. Everyone encourages and lifts each other up. Events are regularly scheduled by the gym to keep engagement high. And when there isn’t one? Members are regularly hanging out and are creating their own.I honestly recommend this place. The benefits greatly and you won’t regret it.

joined The Training Box having never really done any kind of formal lifting or strength training. So I started with an 'essentials class'. I really think the essentials class is critical to making sure your going to use proper forum and technique when lifting. Working one on one with an instructor that first month really helped. The gym is very welcoming and the overall community and classes are very welcoming to newcomers and experienced gym rats.

I work out with Cooper Sellers. He is the owner & an excellent personal trainer. I've worked with him for 14yrs. Over the years I've had occasions to meet several of the other trainers working there. They are all highly competent, very professional as well as being really nice people. I strongly recommend the Training Box to anyone who is looking for a quality professional gym!!

THE best gym, fitness program and coaches I have encountered. My personal trainer, Max Bohling, has been instrumental in helping me design a program specific to my needs and goals. Being a senior (66 years old) I was apprehensive about returning to a gym, however, Max, all The Training Box staff and it's facilities have made it fun and something to look forward to! Thank you so very much!

Max has been an amazing personal trainer! He listens to your needs and adjusts exercises accordingly, I have enjoyed all sessions with him so far. The gym has all the equipment you might need for every exercise. I would definitely recommend TrainingBox.

My wife and I tried virtual personal training with Max. We loved it so much that we signed up for a year! And hope to keep it going beyond that. It’s been awesome because he explains what we’re workin on and towards and answers all my question (I ask a lot)! He’s also been really patient as my wife has medical limitations. The education had been great, and the results have been even better.
