Used for a kitchen cabinet remodel. At first it was a good experience in the retail store but then the actual project and installation happened and I was really dissatisfied, even after paying in cash (25k) - its been well over a year now and things just are not right.The last time they sent out someone to fix a cabinet door it was painted the wrong color and the additional fixes were made sort of hack-job like. Additionally they Mis-measured the job and so we got cabinets rubbing up against each other and weird spots/spaces that were not part of the original design. In addition, all the material to patch and hide things was a different color so its all super noticeable and especially now that its dried out and caking. The door hardware is not even or levelAll our drawers are crooked or off centered. The installer admitted it was his crew’s first job. What I paid for in getting something brand new and what I got was just sub par. I would not recommend them.They will tell you they will make everything perfect and and fix anything - it was not the case. You gotta chase em down and fight for every fix.The also took no precautions to protect our brand new hardwood floors. Sliding tools and ladders all over the place.Doors are coming detached and having to be re-anchored constantly.If I woulda done the work myself I would not have been so upset but I paid full retail on this job and it was just mediocre through and through.

These people are racist and they will not assist Black people. My family went in to spend thousands of dollars support a local business but was met with such a negative attitude. They just ended up leaving but not after being there for at least 20 minutes not being greeted, and not being Assisted whatsoever. They were not welcomed in that establishment, and it is a disgusting and ignorant place to spend your money so if Racism and discrimination. This is the place you should shop..Also, they go out of their way to delete their negative comments because on Yelp it’s a completely different vibe so I’m going to make sure I screenshot this comment after it’s posted as proof that they’re going to delete it.If i could give 0 stars I would. Do not patronize this place.

I loved my experience at UniqHouse! Elanor was so helpful and designed my kitchen perfectly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted originally but she came up with a beautiful design and I couldn’t be happier!

Brian and his team were wonderful! Our 1989 bathroom started with a leak and then we went into gutting and renovating the entire bathroom. We didn't stop there and did the second bathroom. We would highly recommend THE UNIQHOUSE.Services: Bathroom tile reglazing

I would never hire them again: I was initially excited to have my kitchen renovation done by The Uniq House. But boy was I wrong. When the contractors came to start demolition they were told that they were only there to demo my island, and install the new island. Only after they got there did they find out all the other work that needed to be done.The designer tried to cut corners on my island install, by just having a wood panel hang out for my 12 inch over hang. That would have looked cheap and tacky and I wouldn't allow it. So they tried to charge me more money to make it right. They initially told me they would charge me the cost to buy a panel that was needed to cover a seam created to build out the overhang, but they were trying to make a profit. So I ended up ordering the piece myself. I've heard they have a habit of asking for more money in the middle of s job.They asked me for $600 more dollars saying the contractor wanted more money to install the molding that we agreed to in my contract, but I wasn't falling for that. I have a friend and a uncle that are both builders so I know how to research what I need to know. So when I questioned them about things, they accused the contractor of helping me and threatened not to pay him. I felt so bad for them. I'm pretty sure they hire undocumented workers and don't pay them fairly. I think it's horrible to take advantage of such a vulnerable population.The supplies needed were not there on time so the job took longer than it was supposed to. And all they were worried about was their next payment.
