Shocking changes in the wine dept, what happened? This store used to have the best wines and plenty of fantastic inventory, now it looks like an anemic flea market. There is NOTHING to chose from with the TJ brands now. Very disappointing. I will not be back again. Costco is #1 for wine now.

I was at the store in the morning with my mom and I had a HORRIBLE experience. I was going to get salsa and there was a worker named Rohan that appeared next to me, and he had the gall to say "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" and I was surprised becuase how am I supposed to know when or how this "Rohan" was going to appear next to me? And later on as I was walking through the store, he kept STARING at me and my mom. This was VERY uncomfortable, so I decided to tell the cashier and she dismissed me and did NOTHING. Trader Joe's employees should be trained properly becuase this interaction was ridiculous.

Cashier was rude. No greeting or acknowledgment as I walked up to the register. No eye contact. No smile. No “have a good one” even when I told it to her, she gave no response. She did not exchange a single word or sign of acknowledgment. I work in customer service too, if I’m having a bad day I’m still a decent person. Might as well add self service check outs if the cashier is going to act like a robot.

I don't live close to a Trader Joe's, so when I'm there, I ask someone from their team for personal favorites. Last week, I hit the jackpot with Cassidy. She asked great questions and made several recommendations based on my answers. Every single item she highlighted has been a hit at my house! I'm grateful for the time she spent with me, except now I'm going to have to make that drive more often. :-) Thank you to the staff at this location in Roswell. I've always had friendly, knowledgeable help from this team!

Good prices, great products. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very unique products you can't get anywhere else.
Very crowded store though, even in the middle of the day on a weekday. Might be best to go in the morning.
