“Don’t be put off by your first impressions of Roswell Transmission. Yes, it seems unorganized and there are vehicles everywhere, but Gary will go out of his way to ensure you are happy with his work/repairs and that the job is done right. He is a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. He was upfront and honest about my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder CVT transmission not able to be rebuilt and would need to be replaced. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my transmission, why it would continue to get worse, and what needed to be done. His quote was a lot less than my original quote from a Nissan dealership. His work was done in a timely manner, and he kept me informed during the process. He advised me on other repairs that were safety concerns which I was already aware of from my original quote. The final price was a little more than we agreed on but the car drives like new and I have a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty on the transmission. Be patient with the process. It takes time for parts to be ordered and shipped. Gary kept me updated on timeframes and when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. I'm a very happy customer of Roswell Transmission and I highly recommend their work.”
