Despite the negative reviews about things that have nothing to do with this retail store (like music events in parking lots), Tuscany is a much needed alternative to the big retailers and low quality furniture sold locally. We have bought many pieces from Tuscany over the years and the staff is always friendly and helpful and their delivery drivers are the best. Do you pay a little more?? Yes. Is the quality better? Yes. Do they let you browse if you just want to browse? Yes. Overall, they are a great addition to east Roswell and we are lucky to have them.

Been shopping there for years…. They have a great selection of excellent quality, luxury brands at all price levels. Peter and Ricardo are always an immense help; I trust their judgment, plus they don’t just tell me what I want to hear. I’ve also found them to always be very accommodating and helpful with any issues or problems, or even a change of heart. Their prices are very competitive, also. Love this store!

Came in for a casual browsing while I charged my car at the charging station. Was met by Ricardo who was very nice and welcoming. He mentioned they were having a sale and so I continued to browse as I've been looking for some nice big chairs to go in my living room. Found a set that I instantly fell in love with. Got them delivered next day and I've am hooked! I will definitely be back for more furniture as this is one of the few stores that really is in tune with my style of furniture. I feel the price on a lot of pieces here fits with the quality of the furniture as well. I can't wait to get more pieces to complete my home!

7/4/2022 - update to the owner's response: My review was not posted anonymously, using an alias e-mail account! I am sure your competitors are not thinking about you, as the way you treat your customers will tarnish your reputation all on its own. I was an actual customer of yours, but yet again, this is one of your bogus and gaslighting attempts to save face and cover yourselves. You all post the same response and copy and paste the same statement for each review that is not in your favor. As I stated in my original review below, legal action will ensue, as your business practices are horrible. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!Legal action will ensue! Potential buyers please don't waste your time or money; and take your business elsewhere. I hate I ever stepped foot into this establishment and purchased furniture from these crooks. Their responses to reviews are a bunch of bull and I'm surprised they are still in business. Buyers please take heed to the negative reviews (read Yelp reviews as well) and save yourself the headache!

Walked in one day casually to look around for the first time. Even though I was early in my hunt for furniture still awaiting closing on a new house, Peter took his time showing me around and helping me with style ideas. After closing, I was so excited to come back and buy my entire living room here. My couch, chairs, tables, credenza, and mirrors all go together so beautifully, even though I chose to blend different collections. I was lucky to find Tuscany. Peter and the designers here really help make a beautiful home. I'll be back soon, more rooms to fill!

We recently purchased a coffee and end table from this establishment. After delivery, we noticed there was filler on the edge of the table. We called the ownership to discuss the issue; they told us there was nothing they could do. The table is now four months old; $2000.-We asked for a repair service recommendation to fix the filler as it recently broke loose. Again, the store owner said there is isn’t anything they can do. Buyer beware!Again…..are you providing a solution?

i broke my leg in this store due to neglect of management. furniture is in less than desirable condition at an unreasonable price point. however, upon leaving the store i went next door to "from the earth brewing company" and my day was instantly better. i miss going to concerts in the from the earth parking lot i would have so much fun. furniture is stupid.

My husband and I both just recently moved to Alpharetta Ga from California. Going from a 1750 sq ft home to a 6710 sq ft home, we needed help with the furnishings.Peter and Ricardo helped us so much! They are both honest talented designers with integrity you don’t find in business these days. We both highly recommend buying your furnishings through them and Tuscany Fine Furnishings!

Pretty nice stuff for reasonable prices. We wandered over here while waiting for our table at From The Earth. We recently moved into town and are in the market for some new living room furniture. The location was quite the surprise. They had some very nice stuff, reasonable prices and nice people. We were told they sell off the floor so if we wanted something this was it unless we wanted to wait months to get it. We liked what we saw here and plan to go back and look again... selling off the floor means things change out often... so we will be back!
