Compared to other UPS store locations this one’s pretty bad. Did you know other options than fine, but there are so many other UPS store locations, Save yourself hassle and pain and ship from another location. Among the many things about this, they are understaffed and so slow. During the day most locations have two people working. Not this one, they have one very slow person. It’s not a very busy location, but good luck you if there’s even one person ahead of you.
Another thing, they seriously charge several dollars for tape. Not like a bunch of tape, That would absolutely make sense. But if you need even one small piece of tape you have to pay their inflated prices for an entire role of shipping tape. I just needed one piece to reinforce my tape from home on my box. And the guy asked whether I had tape with me, because otherwise I would need to buy tape to reinforce my box. Costs them a few cents and they want to charge you several dollars (btw it is priced much higher there than what most places charge) for it. Truly, they need to find less ridiculous and stingy ways to pinch their pennies.

Absolutely the worst UPS store I've been to. Took a return in box and Amazon was asking me to print the label. They wanted $5 to print one page for me and then $2 for a piece of tape over the box. Totally ridiculous and other customers overheard the situation and also couldn't believe that management is putting their employees through this BS. I understand a slight surcharge so you're not losing money on ink and tape but this is beyond gouging. Other locations I've been to will tape the box for me or print the label at no cost or for a buck. Do better.

I can't say enough great things about the UPS Store near my house! Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to help. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to ensure my shipments, returns, and printing needs are handled smoothly.
Recently, I made a mistake on one of my labels, and they were incredibly patient and caring in helping me fix it. Instead of making me feel embarrassed about the error, they reassured me and took the time to sort everything out with kindness and efficiency. No matter how busy they are, they provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
It's clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient, and welcoming place for all your shipping and business needs, this UPS Store is the place to go!

The employee who helped me was so efficient, patient, and competent. I was shipping several packages and I didn't have all my ducks in a row going in there and she was awesome.

This UPS store is overly expensive for a folder with 2 t shirts/$30.00. Last visit there. (The folder wasn't very big either)

I have been using this location for 6+ months now. They pack pieces of handcrafted wooden art which ship to my customers. I have not had one issue with damage and customers comment on how well things arrive. The owner was working at another location recently and his associate took the piece to that store for me so it could be packed and shipped… service that was above and beyond. It helped meet the date for a holiday order. I can rely on this location which is incredibly valuable for me for the product I ship. Thank you!
