This facility has a real problem being polite and treats everyone like a robot and a statistic. Too much poor communication and mismanagement are going on at this facility through all levels. There's too many red flags. My friend applied here, and they lied about the work flow of what was advertised. They expect my friend to work over 6 or 7 days when they can only do a few days, not the entire week. They didn't make them feel welcome as a new employee on the first day either. The workers kept offending them. This facility has a real people problem, and I do not recommend working with these people.

UPS sucks, they have thieves working for them and when you call to try and have something done about it they push it back in your lap and tell you to contact the shipper even though the item was stolen out of their facility. Worst shipping service . No wonder Amazon uses their own delivery service. FedEx and ups suck.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS customer center in Roswell, Georgia, and I must say, the customer service provided by, Ellery, was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the facility, Ellery's dedication and attentiveness stood out.Not only did Ellery go above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs, but her professionalism and genuine care for customers were evident throughout our interaction. She had at-least 6 people to assist and the time was well after their closing time at 7PM. Ellery, patiently answered all my questions, along with everyone else’s, ensuring that everyone had a clear understanding of the options available. Ellery's knowledge and expertise in her role were truly impressive.I also had the opportunity to interact with Brandon, who stepped to assist with my request. I had dropped the ball, but UPS picked it up seamlessly. Their swift action and problem-solving skills were commendable, as they quickly resolved the situation, to the best of their ability.Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at the Roswell UPS Customer Center. Their diligence and commitment to providing customer-driven service were evident at every step. Whether it was assisting other customers or ensuring the facility was well-organized, the team's professionalism and dedication were outstanding.I highly recommend the UPS customer center in Roswell, Georgia, for all your shipping needs. Ellery, Brandon, and the entire team exemplify the pinnacle of customer service. They have set the bar high, and I am grateful for the positive experience I had at this location. Im so sick and freaking tired of these lazy ups drivers that do not bother to check and see if the address they are delivering packages to are even the correct address! My house number is clearly placed ABOVE MY GARAGE! In plain view! Yet and still…they keep delivering my packages or making delivery attempts to each of my neighbors! I’m running a business which I’ve lost clients over! Due to missed packages!!! I’ve called and complained about this several times!!!! I get nothing, but the same d@mn response from people that sound as if they’re reading a script! “Sorry for the inconvenience” or “i really do apologize”. I don’t care about an apology! Deliver my packages to the door that they are supposed to arrive at! That is in plain view!!! Stop being lazy and or so preoccupied on the phone that you can’t get your job right!!!(This is an edit) i just read the reviews! And WOW! So pretty much, ups just doesn’t care at all about the incompetence of the employees actions and lack of proper package deliveries! SMH! Pretty much writing the script i mentioned! “I’m sorry” “my apologies” “sorry for the Inconvenience” blah blah blah! What a slap to the customers faces!!!

This is by far the WORST service ever. I had a package that was due for delivery Wednesday 3/22/23 1-3 pm w/signature required. It arrived at this facility at 12:45am 3/22, updated as processing for delivery at 9:22am. Never received said package and after 4 phone calls assuring me I would receive it today 3/23 by 3 pm, canceling all appointments and making myself available for the second day, still didn’t get it.made 5th call and after waiting on line was told that my package is in “lost” status as of yesterday at 9:22am. Now, I have to be responsible for all replacement footwork.Ugghhh!!!

Why does everything in the Georgia region have to be so difficult (Dam). Does anybody down know how to provide good customer service in this state? I'm not ask for great customer service, I'll be ok with just good customer service at this point. My package should have arrived on Friday 1/27 by 7pm per the tracking number. UPS stated the address was wrong, updated address in UPS system and was given a tracking confirmation that the package will be delivered on Saturday 1/28 by 7pm, still know package. Stated address was not correct again. (Total lie)My daughter spoke with UPS customer service @ 1:38pm and was told she would receive a call back within the hour. No call back received. I then called customer service at 5:08pm and was told our address was in correct after we've updated the address for a second time. I was told I would receive a call back. It's 1/29 at 9:07am, still no call back to neither one of us. Who's going to do there job?

Is this location open for customers to ship boxes? When I click on the directions, it gives me a Raleigh, NC location. There is no way to call the physical location because the number on the website is for the offshore people.December 2022 update: I received two phone calls (one from Chuck, a supervisor at the Mansell Rd Customer Service Center and from Andrea representing the same service center) in response to my experience and emails to UPS. Both explained that the personnel at the center were retrained on how to produce the label and shipment of Simple Rate packages. Though it was too late for Christmas shipments, I will try to use the Simple Rate online labeling, which Andrea went the extra mile to document for me to try. I will give it a test run to see if the issues I had using the website are resolved by following her instructions.

Driver didn’t even wait for Adult come to door. My daughter answered door last night and said adult (Autism - tryn teach not answer door) but the guy that was to deliver package that needed a signature didn’t even wait — left saying it was refused. Why would a delivery person not wait for few minutes if a child answered door. The ring showed he wasn’t in front of door 2 minutes. This is bad

I do not have the words to fully express my frustration with this shipping center. I called FIVE (5) different times for them to hold a package and payed the holding fee only for them to continually try and deliver a package when I was not home. The whole point in getting them to hold the package was because I could not sign for it as I would be out of town. Of course after trying to deliver my package and failing to get my signature so many times the sender recalled the package. Thank you UPS for wasting everyone's time and money. For anyone in the north Atlanta area I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you either ship with FEDEX or USPS.
