The gentleman running this store has no idea how to handle customers and engagement is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll come back when his job is replaced by AI, boycott this store if you can, other UPS stores in the area are way more efficient and deserve our business.

Not my favorite UPS store. I do not recommend this one. They used to only charge four dollars for notaries and the last time I came in they did a secret of charge of like an additional service fee that they didn’t tell me about before they did it.
It just feels like they’ve gotten shady and I don’t like coming to this one anymore and avoid it when I can

I am surprised that this still opens. The worst customer service, the worst attitude. They seem to be miserable people infecting their miserable attitude to the customers. What a dump place. Avoid it at any cost!! There are other UPS store nearby who treats customer much better.

Short tempered, dismissive, rudeness for customer service. I needed a very special laminated piece of paper copied and when it was very clearly incorrectly placed I mentioned it and was dismissed. And when it was off center upon printing and I mentioned it, I was dismissed. I was treated like an annoying idiot the entire time and it is just ridiculous. Where has customer service gone? Why aren’t employees there for the customer? Go get a job behind a computer if you can’t muster up 2 minutes of patience for a fellow human.

I tried to give them a USPS posted package (i had the package already sealed with the label on it) and they told me that I could not ship it from their store. That I HAD to drop it off at USPS. It’s Saturday and I work so I’m going to drive to another UPS store in Roswell (King Plaza) and give it to them, since every UPS store provides this service except this location.

Rude, lazy, and incompetent worker. The indian guy behind the counter today needs to be fired! Came here to do a drop-off with a QR code. Easy, right. All they have to do is scan it and collect the item. The dude scanned it and said it didn't take - liar! Asked if he could just punch in code clearly numerical and letter below the code for a manual entry, he refuses. His attitude needs some adjustments. Drove to a different UPS, and the QR code was scanned with no issues.

The WORST UPS store ever! If you want to experience the most ridiculous service, they give you trouble on absolutely every thing imaginable & unimaginable: even about a little piece of tape, the owner is insanely rude, just like all the workers there. Stressing you out about anything and everything. Rushing you to scan your code to the point of obnoxious. DO NOT GO HERE! Save yourself & save your day! SAVE your sanity and dignity! It happened every of the 3 times we stopped by, and that was the LAST time we’ll ever look at it. We gave it a chance thinking that maybe just the owner is so unpleasant (to put ot softly), but nope, just everyone working there, no matter how extremely polite and patient you are- they’ll be as TOXIC as you can ever experience in any place. If you have no respect for yourself, that’s where you’ll want to go 🤣

Worst UPS ever! Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to me so I have to go quite frequently but the owner and employees (with the exemption of the one with the mustach) are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. After they charged me $3.22 for a small, flimsy, plastic bag for my small Amazon return I vowed that I’ve had enough and would never go back! When they said that it was a customer packaged return I turned to walk toward the shelf to purchase a padded envelope, but he said, “I’ve got a small bag here.” When I saw it…flimsy and plastic, I thought OK better than buying the envelope on the shelf. I assumed that he was just going to give me the tiny flimsy plastic bag at no charge but no. He charged me the $3.22, same as the padded envelope on the shelf. Unbelievable! I am not a person who expects anything for free and I was more than willing to purchase my own envelope after seeing it was a customer packaged return. But charging me $3.22 for literally a paper thin plastic bag that probably cost two cents to make is ridiculous!!!!!

After multiple machine breaks and a long wait, I left for lunch. Upon return only half of my docs were printed which cost me another 10m. Net it was almost 45m wasted for 50 printed pages (and $16...).

Didn't know how to print a .txt file. Told me they can only print PDFs.
No, a .txt file can be sent straight to a printer. Also the guy was astonished to discover word wrap exists. These things have been standard for 30 years. No excuse.

The customer service was great. The gentleman that helped me was pleasant and knowledgeable and that unfortunately you don’t see a lot of these days so I really appreciate it!

Other day I came by to the shop and there was his young black man who was very rude to me. I was just asking what’s the requirements and pay like to work as clerk there.
But the guy said it with a mug face saying “we’re not hiring we’re not hiring.”
I get it bro. I was just asking for future reference. I’m not coming back here if they treat us like that. Lay him off.
