We have been extremely impressed by the print quality but even more by the great customer service. The turnaround times are very quick, and Mills (who handles printing requests) has gone over and beyond to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend them!

Great full service UPS Store! They do everything and even provide postal service. I often send documents to be printed, and they are completed in a timely matter. I have made graduation banners and posters there as well. They always have a full staff and are eager to help. I highly recommend this UPS store location!

Staff is great! Mills has printed 2 diff projects for me & has done an amazing job. He took my cell phone pict & helped turned them into 3 large panels for an artistic piece that we needed fast for a cabin renovation. He also did a great job for me on baby shower invitations and welcome sign. The staff there has always been nice and very helpful. I highly recommend. Thx, Mills & all staff!

I visited the UPS Store 430 to print an Amazon return label for a damaged product I received due to no fault of my own, a service that should be both straightforward and reasonably priced. However, to my shock, the staff at UPS Store 430 attempted to charge me for printing a simple prepaid return label, which, in my understanding, should be a basic and complimentary service.This attempt to exploit customers for such a routine and essential service is unacceptable. I believe it is unethical for a UPS store to attempt to profit from customers who are already inconvenienced by the need to return a product.I expected better from a company with the reputation of UPS and am appalled by the lack of customer-centric values demonstrated by UPS Store 430. This experience has not only left a sour taste in my mouth but also compelled me to reconsider utilizing UPS services in the future.Amazon sends defective product. Amazon send you UPS shipping label to return. UPS want to charge you to print the label. I thought Amazon and UPS have some kind of partnership going. Seems more like collusion. Employees lack the common sense to make exception/s. Ask for the contact information for a district manager but was denied stating that information is not available to the public. STOP nickel and diming people.EDIT: I noticed in their reply they blatantly lied about expecting to package for free. There was nothing there to package. Packaging was already done.
