There was no one in line and two clerks were just sitting having a personal conversation not related to work. So I walk up because all I am doing is dropping off a prepaid and labeled package and the clerk has to reprimand me and says "next time wait till you're called." No, don't be rude, next time be ready to provide customer service the moment a customer walks in.

The worst. I have had 3 packages delivered to the wrong mailbox and they say they can't do anything because it says it was delivered to me. Bunch of money spent on things I'll never have cause the mailman can't do their job right.

Mail keeps going missing. Lost a week worth of mail. Now 3 packages are missing. Informed delivery says it's being held at the post office, but they can't find it in the back and the mailman goes "I wasn't working that day, I dunno!!"

Post office is always going to be a necessity I would imagine for many people if not everyone and it will always be there and has been there for almost 200 years I think as a service the USPS. The only reason for the one star is because we continue to get mail for other people mis-delivered in our mailbox in East Roswell and our neighbors are getting Miss delivered now and I've been reading on social media how other people in this area are also getting mail that is not theirs as well as packages missing saying they were delivered to the residence but the person did not receive it was something they purchased online and they are out the money. Besides that love the USPS got to use them got to have them need them prices are steep but hey think about taking a trip yourself to deliver that same package you probably consider that this is not really that bad of a deal

Rudest workers with the nastiest attitudes. Yelling at customers when your hours online say until 7pm but y’all closing early and being rude to people who genuinely need help. And to the older woman today who had the nastiest attitude, God bless because treating people that way closed or not is disrespectful and rude. I called and was told I could pick up my mail until 7pm. I arrived at 6:15 and called twice to ensure I was respectful of your employees time. Remember the next time someone treats you nasty it’s because you were nasty first!

Most dysfunctional post office in the postal system. Submitted a mail forwarding request, left on vacation and mail was not forwarded.

This post office is filled with delivery drivers who Absolutely DONT CARE about their Job other than the Paycheck they get! On at least 3 Occasions, they have dropped the ball in delivering My Extremely Important PERISHABLE MEDICATIONS! They're supposed to notify me in a Timely Manner when my MEDS have been delivered--I'm Never Notified! They're supposed to ensure the key is left so i could retrieve my MEDS--no key! These are PERISHABLE MEDS! Please Hire Competent Workers, who have a heart for Humanity and are not Jaded by the usual Post Office Culture!! Its no secret why "Going Postal" is a thing!

First time at this location. A young lady with short brown curly hair was working. She told me I need to leave because she’s going on break. I politely asked when she would be back and she rudely pointed to a small little sign and said I’ll be back at 5 o’clock but I’m about to change it because people keep asking me stupid questions. If you hate your job that much, you should probably find another one and not be rude for no reason. Nobody is going to pay attention to a small little sign with bad handwriting by the way… put the sign on the door that people use so people can see.

Same thing occurred today with more damaged plants. Standard operating procedure for USPS. Worst government agency ever.

Very bad admin they open 30 mi late, and closed 15 early, with the excuse they are short on staff. I wonder why they just simply fix the open and close schedule and save people the trip and the waste of gasoline tha is already expensive.

I would give this a 0 if possible. Exceptionally rude staff, not helpful at all and with a self-righteous attitude. USPS needs an entire new staff at this location.

Normally during the week, I haven’t had any issues. However, today on a Saturday I got here 20 minutes before closing. It’s a long line. My biggest complaint, the postal workers should not hold detailed casual conversations with customers when the line is to the door and it’s so close to closing time. And the other workers walking around should help out at the counter.

Not sure why the two ladies always work there if they hate their job so much. Or why this place is even called a post office? Truth is this branch do not even provide the basic service you expect: Expected tampered mail, missing tax documents, missing parcels without compensation.Lastly a front desk who always said the manager is in some conference and unable to answer any questions. Like you actually wonder if front desk or manager is shrinking responsibility, but what you do know is, stay away from this branch!Might be better they remove the branch off google maps so as not to mislead folks. Driving the extra mile somewhere else still gives less headaches than engaging the services here just unfortunately.
