I have no form of recourse to this usps driver as their system is incredibly decrepit and unhelpful so this is my only available outlet to voice frustration. I was harassed by a USPS delivery member while trying to get my mail lawfully from my closed mailbox. Instead of engaging in civil discourse they chose to shout at me to attempt to deny me legal access to my mail. you don't communicate that by screaming at someone getting their mail. Truck 9200188

It's really sad to see what's become of the post office. In Roswell, we're lucky if we get mail 2 days in a row. We often go 3 days with no mail delivery.

Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!

I recently moved away from Roswell Georgia and filled out a Change of Address card. I have not received my forwarded mail in 2 months and finally had the time to call during business hours. The help I received was terrible and the “new supervisor” actually raised her voice at me out of her own frustration. It was completely unprofessional and sub-par. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that she is the new supervisor as of 2 weeks ago. She should not be in this position and because of the way she performed her duties, should not be in customer service at all. She spoke over me and refused to try to understand what I was saying. In the end, I asked her to check the system for my information and she finally saw my point. No apology for raising her voice or for showing her frustration. She ended with “well, there you go”.Miss know-it-all was wrong. I thanked her and told her to have a great day.

Very slow service/poor customer service. Clerks never display a smile(I have visited 10+ times over the last few years) like what is going on? Do not come thinking it will be an in/out experience.

One star is very generous. A certified mail going from roswell to atlanta (~15miles) and paid ~$6 instead of the .66 cent regular mail. After 20 days still in transit. The employee behind counter tells me that mail is slow. Next time get express or drive it yourself. Shameless people working for a shameful company. I like to see the same person having a package or delivery late for almost a month to from another company (ie, amazon), and if they tell her “yea we don’t guarantee. Next time drive your own delivery”. I’m sure she will be as pleasant as she was with me, OR NOT!!

Zero stars, came to the Post Office at 1:40 and closed. A Note at the Gate ,will be back soon.out for lunch. Not telling when that Person will be back and open the Counter. What the Hell is going on in this Country????? Nobody cares, nobody want's to work and nobody will do anything about it. Very sad!!!!

1 person working. she lay this didn't saying she's on break. That was at 10:15am and it is now 10:35 am.The place is not busy only 5 customers waiting with 3 that left already. Not naming the only girl working, however where's the management?

Awful! Closed when arrived at 4:30 for some reason w/5-6 just waiting and seeing if anyone was behind the locked windows, finally opened @ 4:45, waited another 15 mins to find out he didn’t have a key for the locked area with envelopes and greeting cards…so basically 30 mins with absolutely no service at all given…this took place on 10/19/23, so whoever was working was AWFUL!

I drove over an hour to arrive here at 6:30 with a few packages I obviously needed shipped today or I wouldn’t have driven from Acworth to Roswell in rush hour traffic. Not only is the location closed 30 mins early, no sign indicating this, the self-serve kiosk is closed so I can’t even help myself. Meanwhile it’s so irritating to hear employees in the back so they’re not too short-staffed to have employees in the building, they just refuse to help customers. Incidentally, this has been THE WORST USPS location with THE RUDEST, most unpleasant employees in the entire state for well over 10 years. Why are these people still employed by the federal government & paid by the taxpayers they refuse to help?!? Make this make sense. Please!!

I do not like to give 1 star reviews. This USPS location literally stresses me out. Each time I go, I think maybe it will be different, perhaps it will be better this time; and no. It is not. It is actually sad.

Seriously this place deserve 0 stars. My item was stolen from my box b/c I did pack it there. It was the small priority package and I was stupid enough not to be more careful and put tape after sealing it. I didn’t know they have criminals and thieves working at usps. I couldn’t have imagined something like this ever happening. I moved to GA from CT just over 2 months ago and this is the first time something like this has happened. I am just speechless.

One person working with a line of 20 pp waiting. No call for assistance. Packages piling up spilling onto the floor. Kiosk machine remains broken. Federal facility service? No sir, no ma’am. Better served driving elsewhere or using a competitor.
