I recently had an excellent experience with Scott Phillips at Verizon. He was exceptionally helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Scott took the time to explain all of my options, guided me to the best plan for my needs, and ensured everything was set up perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers, but Scott goes above and beyond. If you’re visiting Verizon, I highly recommend asking for Scott—you won’t be disappointed!

Switched from AT&T to Verizon after 20+ years for a lesser price, and got 2 new IPhone 17 Pros plus Netflix & HBO plus. Enough said, that is great. The real plus was working with the sales agent Scott Phillips at the Holcomb Bridge location. He was super helpful, set up the new phones (which ATT would not) and has stayed in touch with me several days later to make sure everything was going well.

I visited like 5 Verizon stores this past week trying to get a problem solved (crazy story), the environment in this place is just different! I engaged with Ana, Chris, and Cameron...all of them were terrific! Now, the other stores...

Wow!! What an amazing experience! I've been to the store twice and worked with two different employees and have been blown away with the customer service! I highly recommend the Verizon store in Roswell!!

Myles was very patient with my Senior mother who is not very tech savvy. He handled the upgrade of her old phone with proficiency and care, and helped her get the new phone set up quickly. He looked for all the deals that she was eligible for. He even answered questions my dad had regarding his iPhone. Miles is fairly new to Verizon, but I feel confident he will be a great asset to the team.

We stopped by the store today and worked with Scott Phillips. He helped us upgrade both of our phones and helped get us a great deal and transfer all of our content and data off of our old phones. We would recommend asking for Scott if you are looking for great service at a Verizon store!

We had a great experience at this Verizon store. Scott Phillips was very helpful in making sure we picked the right phone for us. He made sure the change to our new phone was seem less and accommodated our availability. We would not hesitate to go back here for all of our Verizon needs.

I visited the store today for assistance logging into my credit union app. I was locked out of. Scott was incredibly patient, and spent the time required to get me logged in. I highly recommend this Verizon location! Ask for Scott and he will do whatever it takes to help a customer!

I have had a great experience at this location for about 4 years. Scott is the most knowledgeable specialist and always helps me when I have random questions about my family’s IPhone issues and when to get a great deal on upgrades. highly recommend.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!! The employees are useless and no help. If I'm telling you I don't want the 17 because I already have the 16PM in my hands with a case and screen protector, why do you keep telling me to return it? Activate the phone and do your job. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't want to pay the $130 activation and sales fee for the 17 if I ALREADY HAVE THE 16PM. TRY USING YOUR BRAINS NEXT TIME OR HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.

Ryan K and his two trainee Saba and Ana were amazing . They helped us with porting over to Verizon and provided amazing customer service and got us some amazing deals . If you want amazing service please work with them !
