“Tina was fantastic in educating me with the products in your store. Also love that you offer the cbd/thc seltzers . I found some products to be too expensive, there is a cream I tried for neck and shoulder soreness, it worked great but not for $160. I have other products at home that are just as effective for under $12.”
“Placed online order 06-29-23. Received verification that order was received and paid for. High price. After 3 weeks I have received no response to numerous emails. Left voicemail but company is closed on Fri, Sat, Sun. Very very poor customer service. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to pay high price for item never shipped or received. After several back and forth with this company I finally got resolution and great customer service satisfaction. I highly recommend their products.”
“For the most part the staff here have been excellent since I relocated to Georgia, very knowledgeable and offer suggestions. My only complaint is that if you call you seem to get poor customer service. Answers very short, little to no explanation, and literally was cut off and told goodbye because she said customers were in the store. HELLO I am a customer having someone come in to make my purchases. SMH I get customers in the store but at least give me the options to hold on or ask if I could call back, something other than poor customer service.”
