The insanity of have a pharmacist who actually cares about people and takes the interest of the community it serves in it’s highest regards has escaped this place! We are from out of town and needed a pain medication filled post OP. If I could help it I would never step foot in this place again or any other Walgreens just because of my experience here. The wild thing about it all is there’s no checks and balances and definitely no consequences for their rude and unprofessional behavior. Being a douche has no penal code so can’t sue or anything like that, a review to warn unsuspecting customers of this place is all that can be done! Friendly advice is use somewhere else for any of you pharmacy needs. Save yourself the raised blood pressure, it’s simply not worth the time or energy.

A nightmare of a pharmacy both here and the Shallowford location.
I have an injection I need to do every week. In the state of GA you do not need a prescription for needles. Whoever was working insisted she needed to fill the prescription I have for them even though I hadn’t filled it in a long time, because it’s easier to just go in and grab them from a tech. I said fine, I’ll wait. Waited for 30min for them to tell me they only had two. Why she didn’t tell me this before I sat around and waited, I don’t know. Very irritating. So then I started to fill the prescription online and wait until they were ready.
Then, I ended up getting them through the drive thru one day, and wasn’t until I got home and got ready to do my injection that they gave me the wrong length needle, so I don’t know if they’re stupid or thought I could magically use a longer needle and be fine.
They also told me that filling my prescription for them would guarantee that I get the amount I need, which is also wrong because my prescription is delayed because they’re always out of stock. Since I can’t fill this prescription early either, I have been late doing my injection multiple times in the past months.
These two Walgreens are the only two I have ever had issues with. The Walgreens I used before coming to GA never gave me the wrong ones, or were out of stock. I had even gotten 100 at one point.
On top of all this, they’re rude. Very very annoying pharmacy and will be switching soon. Ended up buying bulk needles online so I don’t have to deal with this again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location. Upon purchasing a product, I discovered that it was incorrect for my needs when i got to my car at the location. Upon returning to the store immediately, I was informed that the packaging was, in fact, empty. This may have been a result of a manufacturing error. It is important to note that my intention was solely to request a refund for the product, as I did not have any desire to engage in theft. Additionally, I would like to highlight that even in the event that I had opened the packaging, the product's container was in pristine condition, indicating that it had not been used. How fast would I have emptied the container and cleaned it in few minutes.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Pharmacist Soumya during a challenging situation. I was in urgent need of eye drop medication for my mother, who, unfortunately, does not have insurance coverage. Given the high cost of the medication, this presented a significant financial burden.
Miss Soumya went above and beyond in her efforts to assist us. She provided detailed guidance on how to apply for a coupon that effectively reduced the medication's cost to that of insurance prices. Her help resulted in a considerable money saving, a relief that cannot be overstated.
I extend my deepest gratitude to Miss Soumya for her compassion, professionalism, and invaluable assistance. Her dedication not only made the medication affordable but also alleviated the stress associated with my mother's healthcare needs. Thank you very much.

went to appt. for COVID test. I know they were very overwhelmed, but almost rude. After going home and waiting for an hour, I received an email saying my prescription was ready. i assumed it was in reference to the test result. since I had no prescription request. it was not,. I called to see if I could get the results I was told that I had put in an incorrect email . Since they were able to send me an email about a nonexistent prescription, I feel sure the same email could have been used for results. I would definitely recommend that you go somewhere else for testing or other pharmacy needs.

Pharmacy will HOSE you every chance they get! Went to pick up meds for hubby that weren't covered under our plan. Price tag was $320!! Went home and checked online only to find the SAME meds at WALMART through the Goodrx program for $42. Even Walgreens offered them at $124 through the Goodrx program. No, they don't bother to tell you about the goodrx deals that cost you NOTHING to join or get....only have to ask. But they will hose you 100% if you don't ask! Take your business elsewhere!!!

This Walgreens is perfectly located. The staff here is very good. Usually I am in and out so quickly, I do not have a lot of time to chat. Their drive through pharmacy is very efficient. Really my favorite Walgreens. There is easy access to Windward parkway from multiple directions.

VERY rude pharmacy employee who speaks with such a terrible drawl that you can hardly understand her (even though English is clearly her first language). Hangs up when conversation ends without the courtesy of a good-bye or is there something else I can help you with. If she worked for me, she'd be fired.

Very rude piedmont care staff came out 10 mins late to a appointment and then got rude with me. Like she didn’t want to come in to get help. Last time I come here and u better not send me a bill as I didn’t receive any care or help. I got away from her and walked out, wow .
