went to appt. for COVID test. I know they were very overwhelmed, but almost rude. After going home and waiting for an hour, I received an email saying my prescription was ready. i assumed it was in reference to the test result. since I had no prescription request. it was not,. I called to see if I could get the results I was told that I had put in an incorrect email . Since they were able to send me an email about a nonexistent prescription, I feel sure the same email could have been used for results. I would definitely recommend that you go somewhere else for testing or other pharmacy needs.

Pharmacy will HOSE you every chance they get! Went to pick up meds for hubby that weren't covered under our plan. Price tag was $320!! Went home and checked online only to find the SAME meds at WALMART through the Goodrx program for $42. Even Walgreens offered them at $124 through the Goodrx program. No, they don't bother to tell you about the goodrx deals that cost you NOTHING to join or get....only have to ask. But they will hose you 100% if you don't ask! Take your business elsewhere!!!

This Walgreens is perfectly located. The staff here is very good. Usually I am in and out so quickly, I do not have a lot of time to chat. Their drive through pharmacy is very efficient. Really my favorite Walgreens. There is easy access to Windward parkway from multiple directions.

VERY rude pharmacy employee who speaks with such a terrible drawl that you can hardly understand her (even though English is clearly her first language). Hangs up when conversation ends without the courtesy of a good-bye or is there something else I can help you with. If she worked for me, she'd be fired.

Very rude piedmont care staff came out 10 mins late to a appointment and then got rude with me. Like she didn’t want to come in to get help. Last time I come here and u better not send me a bill as I didn’t receive any care or help. I got away from her and walked out, wow .

The female pharmacy worker here is so rude and unpleasant that my family of 4 will be moving pharmacies. I can not understand why they allow her to treat customers so poorly!

Very rude pharmacy worker. Tells people to wait and then only partially fills the prescription so you have to drive to the pharmacy twice anyway. Plus is very irritated in her communication.

I don’t normally leave reviews but getting a prescription refilled here is an absolute nightmare. Anytime I call in a refill they never actually get it refilled. Then when I go in the girl at the counter is always rude and not helpful at all. I usually make 5 trips before I can get anything. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I don’t really have words for the way one staff off the clinic ( Michelle ) I do work in construction and I had dirty clothes when I went there! And I asked for my prescription and she told me was too expensive! And nothing else! I was in shock! And I asked her y she didn’t tell me the price! And she just stayed quiet! I’m escalating that to the corporate!

They really should cancel appoitnments or call to let someone know that they don’t carry some vaccinations or delete them off their options. Waste of my time.

Really should be 0 stars. This used to be a decent pharmacy but with current staff and management they have completely lost customer focus. Waits are very long. Staff not qualify and/or slow.

This review is for the pharmacy at this location. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I pulled up through drive through to get my prescription. KEISHA got my phone number and said there was no prescription ready for me. I showed her my app and said I had an alert my order was ready for pickup. She seemed annoyed and extremely unhelpful. She continued to say there was nothing for pickup. I asked her to look again and gave her my birthday. She finally realized I had two accounts (I have never had this issue in over 4 years of using Walgreens Pharmacy). My pickup order was indeed ready and she went to retrieve it. She told me the amount and I went to grab my debit card. I am 7 months pregnant and have a hard time bending to get anything. As I reached down I realized I didn't have the card I wanted to use (I did however have a different form of payment) KEISHA says they are closing for lunch. I say "please give me a minute to find a different card." For times sake I asked if they could put one on file for me. She said "no we're closing for lunch". Then an associate named ALLEY came over and said "we're closed sorry you'll have to come back" They could not wait ONE MINUTE for me to grab a different form of payment for a woman 7 months pregnant. I work in customer service and this is UNACCEPTABLE. KEISHA AND ALLEY do not deserve their jobs. I will NEVER be returning to this location. I had to wait 30 mins and come back to pick it up and at this point I was in tears.

They’re short staffed so if your getting a prescription filled or even trying to pick up a prescription you have a long wait time. Add to that people getting their vaccines or flu shots and that seem to take priority over prescriptions. Staff that is there are nice but overwhelmed.

Worst experience with a Walgreen's pharmacy ever. Made appt for bivalent booster. Something went wrong on the vaccine.gov site. Rude pharmacy tech was unnecessarily harsh and inflexible. Can't bother to offer a solution like Publix has done for my parents, friends, etc. My mistake trying to go to Walgreen's in the first place. Opioid crisis complicit company maintains its super awesome culture.
