I went there few days ago and there was this manager who was rude forgot the name but I went there to ask questions about the job and heard that Walmart pays you to learn and get certifications rather than pay onlineBut God DMAN it I tried it but I finally meet the manager but he was very rude and talking to fast asking me if I am certified or not and he just kept interrupting. So I just left. Don’t work here!

My family and I have been obtaining our prescriptions at this Walmart pharmacy location for the last seven years. They have been providing an excellent service. And they are very knowledgeable.

I have my medicine delivered to my home with no problem. Occasionally I'll stay in the store to get a walk in prescription filled, and usually about 15 minutes it's ready. The staff is kind and professional, no problems here.

The new year brought new insurance for me. I received a text from Walmart that one of my prescriptions needed to be refilled. I realized that I would have to go in and present my new insurance plan (perhaps I could have done it on the phone, but I had to go shopping at Walmart anyway). The pharmacist, Jason, was at the drop-off counter, and he switched my insurance and then asked if I wanted to refill my prescription which I did. He told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. While I was still shopping, I got a text 16 minutes later.This was superior customer service, though I have encountered it before with this team (shout out to Sam who gave me my booster shot). My only minor issue is that they sometimes are closed for lunch (usually from 1 PM), so I simply try not to go there at those times.

Jason and his team were very courteous and welcoming when we went for COVID 19 booster shots. He and his team were very unlike the usual Walmart non-interested , no eye contact kind of people. It felt nice to be attended to at the pharmacy.

They keep changing my medicine, I am using albuterol , they give me different brand with same name!! When I asked they said it’s the same!! But it’s not, they have deferent test witch I can’t use it as I am very sensitive to such things!!I called to have refill for other medicine, they say I have to call my doctor for refills!.when I told her that I saw in my prescription 5 more refills, she said ok you should request it!!so that’s why I was calling that day! Plus the waiting time .. you have to wait and wait and wait , when they send msg that your medicine is ready , you have to wait again so you can have it!! I am going to change the pharmacy for sure!poor pharmacy poor service!

Good customer care. They were so helpful in guiding the shelf where medicine was kept which I was looking for. They also pointed to some good alternatives available in the shelf.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would give them a negative 2. I went to get my vaccine around 12:30pm and was told to come back at 2:20pm. When I went back at 2:20pm they told me they couldn’t put the vaccine on me because I didn’t have my insurance information with me.... In TWO AND A HALF HOURS no one told me I needed that information. THEIR WEBSITE DOESN’T SAY SO EITHER. If I had known, I would’ve came prepared.

Staff is cold and not knowledgeable. They dont even communicate with each other leaving you to repeat yourself so many times. I fill about 3 to 4 medications each month and I can never get everything I need at once. Something is always missing so you have to keep waiting for 15 to 20 minutes increment. They always never default my insurance card. Get annoyed with Good RX or prescription coupon. After looking up different discount cards I found out they never applied my insurance in the first place. What is the point of having a home pharmacy. Moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens where they know what they're doing and are willing to work with you on ridiculous big pharm prices.

Slowest service ever. I called in for a prescription refill an hour before I got here and they said it would be ready in 30 min on the phone. Got here and they said they were still working on the prescription and will be another 15 minutes. Waited 15 minutes and the pharmacist still hasn't checked my prescription. I have been waiting for an hour here and still haven't gotten my prescription that I called in for 2 hours ago

Superviser need .more training, a special cashier supper I think her name is Terry. Lot's of complaints about her but I don't see any comments from other customers... I think she is too much time at this position, probably Wal-Mart law doesn't work on her or on this location.....
