I have been a long-time customer of Wells Fargo Bank, but the Old Alabama branch, managed by Ms. Sheida Samimi, stands out for its exceptional service. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made my banking experience smooth and efficient.
Ms. Sheida’s commitment to customer service is the main reason I remain with Wells Fargo. I sincerely appreciate her outstanding support and dedication.

Came in to open a business account, none of the bankers had a client at their desk but somehow they were too busy to be able to help me. I have been a banker myself and I know the drill. At least they will not have to wonder why the bank keeps failing.

This place sucks. Yonka, is fine but so slow. This one teller just sits there and tells us to “be patient” while he does absolutely nothing. Another lady pointed out how ridiculous it is that Wells Fargo charges $10 fees for a check and I agreed it was stupid. The lazy guy said we can file complaints if needed…. Currently exploring other banks like Chase to get out of how poor Wells Fargo is

Upon entering the bank, I observed a short line with only two customers ahead of me. However, I noticed that only one out of the two tellers was occupied (Anita). After waiting for a few minutes, Mac (Branch Manager, I believe) informed us that the second teller, Yonka, was logging in and would assist us shortly. He apologized for the wait, and I expressed gratitude for the communication, highlighting the importance of not being ignored in such situations.Once Yonka logged in, I was assisted by Anita. However, two significant issues arose during the transaction. Firstly, despite initially planning to perform a mobile deposit, I decided to cash the check in person. I inquired with Anita if non-account holders could cash checks, and she affirmed, stating that I needed to provide two forms of ID. Unfortunately, she failed to mention a $7.50 charge for cashing the check, which I discovered only after receiving my funds. While this fee may not be financially burdensome, it raised concerns about the potential impact on someone needing every dollar of their check.Upon questioning Anita about the omission, she acknowledged not informing me initially and apologized for the oversight. The second issue arose when Anita asked about the reason for the check amount (Did you sell a car?), presumably due to it being a business account transaction. I chose not to disclose the details, considering it a personal matter outside the scope of this banking transaction. I found such inquiries inappropriate, especially as I am not a frequent customer/account holder.Despite these concerns, the transaction took 10-15 minutes due to established policies, which I understood and accepted. Mac intervened on two occasions to approve the transaction, expressing gratitude for my service as he observed my retired army veteran hat. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the experience was pleasant.

This bank has the BEST customer service ever. I visit regularly and every time I feel welcomed. I get in and out super quickly too. One of the tellers, Jodi is so incredibly kind!

I want to say that I was taking care by Momodu manonah couple months ago and he was Amazing! I was I needed of some old bank statements urgently that I couldn’t get at another branch. He helped me out patiently, very courteous and nice! I accomplished my errand successfully because of this guy! Thanks so much!

Very Poor customer service. It was lunch time and they had only one teller and no one in drive thru. They had employees standing around talking. I asked on if they could give me 20's instead on of 50's the ATM gave me. They told me to wait. The employee should have said sure and asked a drive thru teller to give me the change but instead they wanted to stand around and continue talking.

I would not recommend this bank or specificity this branch. This was my go to bank before I had to seek assistance from Jakara. He is not customer focused and doesn’t understand what his role is in basic signature approvals for financial documents. He actually thinks it’s his role to be a probate judge and determine who he thinks is worthy of approving financial paperwork for estates. I took the same paperwork across the street to another bank and they validated who I was and understood what the paperwork was for. He clearly needs more training or needs to find another occupation.
