Just wondering if it is protocol to have two employees at a branch on a Saturday and for both of them to help customers at desk . I would have thought at least one would stay behind the counter . But no ... And also they didn't even acknowledge me standing here ..... Also both of the employees know that I drove several hours last night to get here 40 minutes before yal close ... To find out they couldn't help me with my banking needs because the computer system was down ... That is what I was told ... So I'm back here this morning and they didn't even say sorry sir we will be right with you after we finish with these customers .... I will probably be closing my account . ....

Title: Kevin at Woodforest Bank
I've been going to the Woodforest Bank branch inside Walmart in Roswell for a while now, mainly to send money orders. Every time I go, I'm greeted with the same incredible service from Kevin. He's always incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process a breeze. He's super efficient, but never makes me feel rushed. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers any questions I have patiently. I recommend Woodforest bank and Kevin's banking services.
