Ernie saved the day! I’m 4 hours away from home, off at college. I have no family or friends around. My check engine light came on and had no one to help. My parents told me to go to an auto parts store and ask them to check it out. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes before they closed. Ernie graciously check it out for me. He didn’t rush or treat me as if I was a burden to him for coming close to closing time. Thank you Ernie! My parents thank you too.

I always go to this parts store because the service is top. Ernie is hands down one of the best. He always goes above and beyond on everything. He always greets everyone with a smile and happy to help style attitude.

I went to advance find a license plate light bulb and was having trouble. Then I met Ernie who helped me find the bulb and help me install it. He was a very good, an awesome employee. Especially with them being sure-handed!!!

My 17 yo daughter had to get some parts for her car. She had bought the original parts at Advance online and needed to exchange the part. Between the employee being brand new and her being young there was a lot of miscommunication/misunderstanding which prompted two separate trips to complete transaction/purchase. Ernie was there to assist upon her return and made everything right. He was so professional and had a great attitude! He handled this upset mom really well and has made a customer for life. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

I went to Advance Auto parts to get a battery clamp, but then my battery died. The staff were extremely helpful, offering assistance, even helping me remove the battery to take it into the store to be charged. I bought the wrong clamp at first, but they exchanged it for the correct one readily. They even gave me a cupcake during while the battery charged! The two staff people were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Went to return the rented tools. Locked the door in my face 6 minutes before close. Wouldn't care, but it was on my cousins card who lives an hour away.

Ok I went in to the store 2 days ago to get brakes,both sets were wrong ,go to trade them back and he gave me 2 more wrong sets.good dude he was friendly,but there is something wrong with the computers or something,from now on I'm going to O'Reilly's.ernie was cool though.
