A deer hit my 2019 Genesis hard on a back road. Deep dent in the door, damaged fender and hood with ripples and bad paint. Dropped it off looking rough.
They dealt directly with the insurance company, no back-and-forth on my end. When they had to close and head out of town, they still stepped up and covered two days of rental car costs so I wasn’t stuck. Steve kept me updated the whole time – emails, calls, solid communication. No radio silence like you get at a lot of shops.
The after pics speak for themselves. Bodywork is straight, paint match is spot-on, panels flow perfect again. Looks like it never happened. Better than I expected.
If you’re in the Hartwell area and your ride gets wrecked (deer, accident, whatever), take it to Doug’s. They’ll treat you right, do quality work, and actually give a damn. Saved me a massive headache. 10/10 recommend.”
