From the moment I reached out to Best Propane in Royston and spoke Kathy I could tell this was a class A operation. Being that I was 700 miles away and trying to get propane gas at our home when no one was going to be there, I wanted to make sure they did it right. Everything Kathy told me would happen, happened perfectly, timely and professionally. To put the icing on the cake, the Delivery man, Teddy, was awesome. He texted me to make sure that he was at the right property and was very friendly, responsible and friendly, including following up with me after the job was done.
