Nice people. Food is all in date. Store is clean. Bathroom looks good. They even have t-shirts. Sometimes, they get in local candy up front. You never know. They also have worms. I just wish they would stock club soda.

Sorry I can't give them 0 stars. My husband and I have stopped by this store for several years now on our way to Blue Ridge. It was always spotless. Back in May when we stopped by, we didn't see the gentleman that we usually see (and visit with a few minutes) and on our return home, stopped by again and didn't see him. We asked about him and the girl there couldn't give us any information. Today when we stopped there, he wasn't there again (he must have sold the business). The place was very unkept and both the mens and ladies bathrooms were FILTHY! I won't go into the condition of the toilets, but the sink was as almost as dirty. Needless to say, in the future, we'll stop somewhere else is Royston or wait until we get to the interstate connection just a little ways down the road.

All the trash cans completely full to the brim. Looks like no one had emptied them since the gas station had been built.

I'm in town to help with a Covid clinic. I stopped in here this morning for the first time and was greeted like I was an old friend. The store is spotless and the not a single product was out of line on the shelves. Amazing! Kiddos to everyone here!

The Cravens from England bought the land over looking the Dale in 1941 & opened a Store in 1946. Since it was in the Land of Dixie. They named itDixie Dale. The new owners replaced the old building with the beautiful one that stands today. The new owners are great and carry a little bit of everything. Including info on the history of the original store. Stop in..

This is a copy of the email I sent to BP customer service. Being that the Dixie Dale gas station located in Franklin Springs / Royston Georgia overtly sells racist confederate items in the store I will no longer fuel my vehicles with BP products anywhere. I am aware you have no say in what the owner wishes to sell in their store that the law allows, however I have zero tolerance for anything related to the glorification of the good ole slave owning racist south.
