No envelopes for shipping unless you buy one. FedEx provides them but Walgreens sells them.

Pick up was scheduled for Monday from 8 to 8. At six no pick up. Called and after 15 min. of going through a recording and then was told it would be picked up before 8 pm. No pick up. Called next day. Took 10 min. to get to a person. They said it was scheduled for Tues. not Mon. Unbelievable.
