Fantastic internet, fantastic people! The only time we have lost internet is when the electric went out. Very rare that we get lag, as well. We are a family of online gamers, so good internet is incredibly valuable. I am so glad for this company!

Service is out one or two days a week not much better than hugest net

Always outages and can't seem to post my payment to my account correctly every month and always turning my wifi off because of their error. And I can't even finish vacuuming my house! Furthermore they changed their address and sending my payment back to cut my service off again!!!!!!!
