I go into the bank to get a money order. I have an account there. When I opened the account I was going to get a money order that day but charged my mind. The representative said that money orders are $5. I come back 2 months later. I walk in and ask for a money order. I am told no. We don't provide money orders, only cashiers checks which are $10. I walk out and go to the post office. I go to the banks website and see that money orders are $4. I call in. They tell me the same thing and then the person asked me where did I get that info. I tell her I was told by a representative plus your bank plus your website shows it. She goes on to say that I don't work for the bank, I am in another department.

Worst banking experience of my life dealing with the call center staffers who are rude and incompetent. I will be closing my account of over 15 years due to the unnecessary obstacles created by the call center .
