I frequently shop this store and it just hasn't been the same or as nice in the last year. I also see a different store manager. I used to see a lady named Delane. She was always busy and cleaning or doing something. And she was very polite and nice to talk to if I saw her while I was in the store. I could tell she really loved her job! I don't see the manager at all now when I shop. Well, just my thoughts. Just miss that tidy home look and feel like it used to be... hats off to Delane for doing a great job for Walgreens. Don't know what happened to her, but she is a valuable asset to any employer.

They were suppose to call and get my mother's prescription 2 weeks ago. Said they couldn't find it. Found out they called and changed all my mom's prescriptions except the one they were supposed too. Finally after waiting 15 min each time I called they got it straight I think. Were not rude just couldn't seem to get anything right ..won't be using walgreen again...

Great hometown pharmacy. When I walk in I am always greeted with a "Welcome to Walgreens" and when I go to the pharmacy the pharmacists and technicians call me by name. They are efficient and courteous. If there are ever any issues the staff is quick to correct. If there were six stars I'd give six. They are hard working and dependable.

The pharmacy I used for 19 years abruptly closed down transferring all of my families scripts to Walgreens. While trying to get them transferred to a local business we were told “we don’t have time right now and we will fax them when we have time”. By that time our new pharmacy was closed and we couldn’t get my husbands blood pressure meds. If something happens we WILL hold Walgreens responsible!!

Yes, I would like to say that they are rude. The woman that answered the phone when I asked for a gift car she didn’t even bother looking. She told me that they didn’t have any when clearly online it says that they carry the gift card that I was inquiring about so I give no stars to the store.
