“Had a package that was showing delivered, however was not delivered. Was right at the end of the day (after 4:30) but with a little luck on my side I got a hold of Helen with the Fairmount post office. Helen was AWESOME!!! Not only did she help find the undelivered package, she was able to get my package delivered (at 5:40 PM well after hours). Local Fairmount Post office putting in the extra effort! Great crew!!”
