Steve and William provided excellent service in resolving some account issues I was having. I’ve visited multiple stores in metro Atlanta and was always pushed out the door when I described my issue but these two welcomed me with open arms and solved my issue. Big thank you to Steve and William!

William was amazing! Heading to Germany soon. Went in with a charging issue and walked out with a new IPhone 16. William answered every question and was very professional. This was the best experience I have had at an AT&T store. Thanks William for everything you did.

Was treated as if I were not welcome. Told them I was from out of town and needed help with my new phone a watch. I waited for help for over 20 mins and was ignored the whole time. I’d stay way from this place if i wanted assistance. You will not get it here.
