I just want to say that I’m very grateful for Danielle and Cheyanne that normally work in Kingsland, but they were helping out on SSI! They were closing the store to get home before the hurricane and they helped me activate a new line for my daughter who’s birthday is tomorrow…Thank you.

I have been with AT&T since the 90’a and was about to cancel because the employees over the phone could not help me with my issue for almost a year now. I went to st.simons to visit my sister and decided to go into the the AT&T store there and I am so glad I did! Nick was a miracle worker and he fixed my issue, got me on a better plan and saved me a bunch of money. He was very patient, listened to my issues and addressed the problems. Nick and his team were amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would!Signed, One happy customer

Had to attend a remote business meeting in three hours and my old phone would not upload with the old IOS. Went to the Saint Simons ATT store and Brandon fixed me right up. I needed results and I got it. Exactly the right phone and service. The store is fantastic and the associates mega friendly and super competent. Successful meeting. Great results. I will be a forever advocate for this store.

The most deceptive ploy yet to get customers to sign a 3 year agreement. The Manager Brandon allowed one of his employees to be rude and harass a potential customer. Even when I politely ask the sales person to please stop talking the got worse and uglier.The point was I was very clear to Brendon that I was not signing a three year legal contract for a phone that Brandon says was "free" as a AT&T promotion. There is nothing "free" as the plan / AT&T promotion demands one to sign a three year contract where AT&T will deduct 22.22 per month off the $800 dollars the consumer's balance of the $800 "free" phone thus locking a customer to a 3 year contractLastly as a senior citizen I felt unsafe with the AT&T's salesmen as he began his verbal and aggressive insulting tirade directed at me. I asked Brandon several times to have as the manager stop his sales person from talking to me. Which Brandon refused.Unsafe environment for us SSI Islanders

The AT&T rep, Brandon, at the St. Simons location, was very helpful during my wireless installation process. I met with him several times and he went out of his way to trouble shoot the transfer issue until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks

Really poor service. I waited and waited. Only one person working. I ended up walking out empty-handed. Note that this is a franchise -- not a "real" AT&T store. Not recommended.

Called in trying to find a phone for my son as his broke gentleman (Brandon) on phone was very condescending and obviously did not want to help me told me that an I phone 11 was not available anymore that a 12 is I could come in and get it. So I drove there to pick up a twelve heard the other salesman tell a lady they could get the iPhone 11 or twice both of which would have to be ordered then brandon came from the back when I told him gentleman earlier told me I could get 11 and it was brandon wow what a bad example of he is the manager for other employees when he asked my name and I told him he crossed his arms and said we don’t have anything really bad customer service will definitely go up the command chain for this one
