The Manager William at the Saint Simons Att went way Beyond his duties, his store manager to help me to make sure that I walked out of there with a phone. He spent over three hours with us, trying to get my account organized and help me get a phone and to fix my account. And to make sure that I got the phone that I wanted and gave me information how to sort out my other account as well And showed more compassion and understanding inpatient that he needed to win when working with me recommend this store on saint Simmons island Island

As I wrote below in a previous review they will reply with an email. Then you spend time writing the email and they still do nothing. These people stole $1500 (Brandon) from me and my family by not turning in the phones that we traded in resulting in much higher monthly bills. We have paid off our contract early and swapped to another phone service provider.

So for those that do not know they had a former employee that was stealing trade in phones. When you go to purchase an upgrade and bring back your phone after your data transfer is complete this guy wasn’t turning the phone back into the store for your bill credit. It has happened to numerous customers and the guy no longer works there. It has cost my family approximately $1,500. The store employees, manager and the district manager will not help. We have gone there many times and are told the district manager will call us and help us. We have never received a call back. I advise everyone to stay away from this store. If you must use AT&T go to the cooperate store in Brunswick. This store is a private franchise pretending to be a cooperate store. They are not bound by the same cooperate policies. They will now advise me to email my grievances to AT&T through this review for everyone to see and as my wife has already done there will be no response back after we spend the time and provide the evidence. If there is a class action lawsuit I need to know so I can sign up. It’s not the money it’s the point of them having no care or concern for their customers. My wife went there again today and they were practically mocking her with the sales associate saying there is nothing we can do because the statute of limitations has run out. It’s probably best that I was not there today. We will pay off our remaining balance online although they really owe us $1,500 and swap to another carrier.

Update: I guess AT&T truly doesn’t care about customer service. I got a response to my review asking that I email them so they could look into my account and have not heard anything from them regarding my issues.I have had horrible service with this store. We swapped or service from Verizon to AT&T in 2021 and traded in 3 IPhones with Brandon who was the store manager at that time. We were told it would be a few months before our trade in credit would start. We only got credit for one of the three phones we traded in. I went to the store and Brandon assured me her would get the problem corrected. It was never corrected even after multiple trips to the store. I have called AT&T and was told I had to go back to the store because this store is not a corporate store so I went back to the store. There was a new manager who told me Brandon was no longer there and they have multiple people who have this same problem and they think he was taking the phones and not turning them in. I was told they were working on correcting it for all that were involved. I waited and nothing was ever done. I went back to the store multiple times to speak to a new manager each time and explain what has happened to be told they were unaware of anything wrong with my account but they would speak with Alan the district manager and get it resolved. Still nothing. I went back to the store and asked to have Alan personally call me because I was told by the then manager they could not give me his information. This manager also suggested I call AT&T and speak with their loyalty department. I never received a call from Alan. I called the loyalty department and was basically told there was nothing they could do because they have no information about our missing phones in their system and again since it was not a corporate store they have no control over it. Their suggestion was I can the police and file a stolen merchandise report. I went back to the store and spoke with another new manager and waited as he sent Alan a text requesting him to call me. I have yet to receive a call. So basically 2+ years later my issue is unresolved and AT&T owes me $1200. Needless to say AT&T has lost a mobile and home internet customer ASAP and I will never recommend this store to anyone but will tell them they need to purchase directly through a corporate store or online. A VERY DISSATISFIED AT&T customer.

Went to store to get information on my account, the guy helping me couldn’t operate his iPad, had me put in my SS# 3 times cause he kept losing the page, photographed my DL at least 4 times. I as to reset my phone to the way it was when I walked in, another very arrogant sales guy jumped in and told me in a loud voice I was rude and could leave. At that point I told him he was RUDE to me, a paying customer for longer that they were old. Then I left. His name was William on Saint Simons Island, Ga. I’m changing my carrier because of him. A company that hires someone like that doesn’t deserve my money! They don’t value their customers.

If I could give them a Zero, I would. We have AT&T for our internet provider. The service has been down for 3 days now. On their voice mail the message states do not ask their agents when it will be up because they do not know. What kind of customer service is that? I will be switching to Comcast soon as it is available. 3 days my WiFi has been down, and thats totally unacceptable.

Great buying experience at AT&T on St. Simons Island. Our rep was Rameses and he was extremely helpful, fun and customer friendly. Good recommendations as well.

Mr. Rameses Warren was extremely competent, professional and a multi Tasker, serving at&t customers with focus . I observed customers depart the store genuinely satisfied with the service and effect of Mr. Warren interpersonal skills he had on us.

Danielle has been an absolute angel! When things got stressful I went to her store and she worked with me, handled the situation and even went above and beyond with explaining things and showing me what to do in the future!
