The repairs where completed when promised. Very much appreciated. BTW, we originally bought the bicycle at Monkeywrench in 2018, and we've been nothing but happy with the level of service that we've received there. So much so, that we recently purchased two more Townies from them. Tom also helped us pick out the bikes including getting the right frame sizing and optional equipment (baskets, etc.).
