I always want to hate this gas station. The store never has what I want and the drinks in the cooler always seem warm, but it’s always one of the two cheapest gas stops on the island.

An employee grabbed my arm while I was reaching for give a penny, take a penny. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Unfortunately they have the best beer in town. But to GRAB someone’s arm? Sorry dude, called the GCPD and they said that’s simple assault. I will be talking to corporate ASAP.

Hello SSI! I would like to invite you all to stop in and see us. We have been going through a lot of changes here lately as most businesses are. We are reinforcing everything that worked as well as reevaluating everything that we have room for improvement on. There are still basic things that are worked on daily as well as manpower and more in-depth issues that we are developing an improved long term strategy for. If you have been in over the last three months or so I am sure you noticed all of the work going on both inside as well as outside of the store. Gone super downhill. They have cold drinks, when they're open. Closed at random times. Trash cans near the pumps are frequently spilling over. Prices inside are marked incorrectly. Usually only one register open. Forget it if someone in front of you wants to screw around with some powerball tickets. I try to avoid, but sometimes I can't.

Always nearly out of adult beverages around 5 in the afternoon. Can't sell from an empty basket!!! Management incompetence and trying to save labor costs is hurting this location. Too many other choices on the island.

The lady that was working on June 17 at around 1750 was rude and obnoxious. I went it to get my scratchers cashed in and she immediately gave me an attitude. I asked what was wrong and she stated that in need to tell her what I want she just works there. She then scanned my scratchers and said what I won. I told her I'll take the cash she said I do not know what you mean. I restated I will take the cash. She then told me I need to tell I will cash out. I told yep cash me out. If your going to work in retail you need to be respectful to all customers. Some re training is in order. Won't go back when she is there.

False pricing in their drink section, questioned cashier about price of orange juice... In the cooler it was priced at 1.89, it came up 2.26 on her cash. When I questioned the price, she told me that she had to charge what the what it came up. In every store I've ever been to if the price of the product is listed, it overrides the cash price. This is done to prevent false advertising.....

If you're a 24 hour gas station you shouldn't close "1 hour for restocking" without actually saying what time you will reopen. Pulled up at 3:22AM and can't tell if the sign was just put up or about to be taken down. The employee inside is playing around pretending to do work. Just a poorly ran establishment.
