Awesome weightlifting session with Rich who really knows his stuff and clearly has a passion for crossfit. The place had a friendly atmosphere and everyone was very welcoming. Would highly recommend if your in the area.

I have gone to this gym for 3 years now as a drop in during vacation. I can honestly say it doesn't get better than Crossfit Grit. Awesome coaches and great people to suffer with ;) Highly recommend anyone who visits ST Simons to try them out.
