Traveling and trying to get my weightlifting training done CFSSI was very helpful with letting me setup and use their equipment! Comp plates and a good Rogue bar was appreciated! The owner was very flexible with times I could come in and I would highly recommend it and will come back if I ever need to lift in the area. Thanks again!

CF SSI has the best reputation of any box on St Simons. The actual and valid reason to go to the plaza is for St Simon Orthodox Mission next door.An hour with Christ in the only Church given to us by Him is far more helpful and edifying.

We dropped in for two weeks during the Open and had a great experience. The coaching was very good and we felt very welcomed by the locals. The box was excellent but they were about to relocate. I can only assume the new location is even better.

Dropped in here a few weeks ago. The coaching staff are friendly and very professional. The facility is great with tons of space, great equipment and showers. they even have a set up in the back for olympic weightlifting. This is a great gym, there's no doubt in my mind that if I lived in Saint Simons, this is where I'd be a member.
