I got my car hit in this parking lot today and the person drove away. The two ladies working were SO helpful and kind. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put cameras on the Demere Rd side of the store (where my incident happened). The workers said they have been asking to get cameras put in and they won’t. If I had camera footage I wouldn’t be able to handle my incident differently. Huge thank you to the kind workers for helping me as much as they possibly could.

Walked 3 miles round trip to the pharmacy. Told I had to wait 20 more minutes. Went back a second time and they were closed for lunch. Go back the third time and they say the prescription is not ready. Are you kidding me?

Super rude pharmacy staff. Drove 40 miles to get my medicine because they were the only one in stock. Rx called in 8 hours prior by the doctor. Left with nothing but attitude from pitiful staff.

CVS in Saint Simons Islnad is a great place to shop a wide selection of merchandise with discounts, bogo, and coupons, it really helps to save money. When doing self check out, the machine will display my coupons and ask me if I want to apply them. If something goes wrong, there are tellers or managers able to help, and they are very knowledgeable on what they do.

The new pharmacist Raul is wonderful! He took the time to call my sons medicine down to Orlando (mom fail) and even called me back to tell me it was done. The definition of above and beyond!
